I swear...the complexity of Lionel Luthor in this show was astounding. His redemption, too, was so interesting, because it wasn't like flipping a switch. He kept his talents for lying and manipulation, but used them for different purposes when he became Jor-El's vessel. Just a fascinating character, and John Glover absolutely nailed it!

Couldn't agree with you more. Lionel was always one of my favorite characters, which is rather impressive when you take into account that the character is largely a creation for the show specifically. I was also rather annoyed when Lex killed him, although it did make for great television.

Clark and the Kent's were decent, Lana got rly annoying around season 5-7, Lois was nice from season 4-7, then she became very annoying too. Clark is a stupid moron in combat most of the time, he just stands there til his enemies land a punch every time instead of just using super speed and ending the fight quickly. Lex and Lionel were 10/10
