After a long hot day on the trapline, often you simply feel too tired to cook anything substantial, however I'm one of the lucky ones. Those of you who know us well realise that there is a powerhouse behind the scenes who makes sure I stay alive.

I love the way you care for your dogs, Clark. Too often I’ve seen neglected or abused dogs and I hate seeing that. Working dogs need that care.

When can meat and bones be bad for a dog , my working labs and terriers loved it ..mind it did give them a bit of gas 😳..Makes things so much easier at home when you have someone that’s pitching in ..best wishes from the Exile in Spain ..

Always find the same trapping opossum in new Zealand. Best traps one you caught a opossum in night before. It will just keep catching till you get most of them.

Morning from Oregon, Clark!! Another successful day on the trap line!!! Bustard, green tree snake, a mob of hinds 😎 oh, AND ANOTHER DOG CATCH! Judy is a wonderful person to keep you all lined out the way she does!! You're lucky to have each other!! Mossie's developing quite the "don't sniff unless I give permission" attitude 🤣🤣 (...speaking of dogs, the "universal k9 distribution" came through once again and brought a new border collie to my farm🙀.... lost an old dog (16 yrs) April 2, and on the 29th, I got the call about one who needed a new home..... What's a person to do??? go pick him up, of course! LOL) Safe travels, friend ❤❤ Stay FROSTY... Keep your powder dry and your head on a swivel... 🇺🇲🇦🇺WWG1WGA🇺🇲🇦🇺NCSWIC🇺🇲🇦🇺

Having met your "pack" ts true, they're big strong + active. and just like Dad they work all day flat out. couldnt do it without good tucker. young Mossy claimed that hind ! lucky Brandon + Waylon are so easy going .... 21:38 Great point about scent being on the trap, in this particular situation. The same scent, in varying degrees, covers everything within the radius of the trap chain. There is no specific point of focus at that set, as far as dog scent goes.

Beautiful colours on that deer, it would make a great rug. I'm currently slashing around farm/forest boundaries at the moment and I was walking ahead of rhe machine throwing logs and rocks clear and all of a sudden I heard this thwap as I lifted my heal turned around and there's a trap sitting there 😅 luckily I set it off actually before the machine got to it as it was chain attached to a lump of grader blade lol. The trapper actually showed up about 10min later doing his rounds.
