All power to you, old chap. Really enjoy your input and contribution to the preservation of wildlife. We could have used a few guys like you in Zimbabwe.

You have a new Buggy, it does not rattle like the old one. Nice work first night first dog.

Few modern (if you can say that) spear traps still used in southwest qld and around, chuck some tickdip or other stuff on a hanging hessian roll that cattle dip under and tick dip rubs off on them that prevents ticks, pretty smart, all sorts of uses for them👍🏿

They're off and running but not taking into account you are doubly cunning. Well done mate. Many years ago when trapping Foxes., on occasion 1 would actually chew off its leg / paw to make a getaway. I've never noticed that the dogs you trap doing this. You know the dogs thinking and mannerisms mate, is this something that only happens with foxes. Cheers from South Oz.

This "leg hold" or soft jaw traps make a huge difference and so does checking them every day.

Another great film ,I was thinking on the hassle you have with the landlords being responsible for injury. Here in the UK the landowner makes you sign a disclaimer so that there is no chance of suing him . Just a thought.

Morning Clark... Good to see you're feeling better!! A great start to your high grass trapping!! Can't wait for next week!! With the size of the acreages, do you saturate one section of the property, or are you making it around to set/ check traps on the entire property every day?? Safe travels, friend❤️❤️ Stay FROSTY... Keep your powder dry and your head on a swivel... 🇺🇸🇦🇺WWG1WGA🇺🇸🇦🇺NCSWIC🇺🇸🇦🇺

I’ve been wondering why you don’t wear gloves when setting traps to keep the scent down as much as possible. Do dingos not care? Just wondering.

When the sweat is dripping off your brow, scent wafting off you onto the grass etc, hands that are grounded in dirt and grass work well and get the results. Rubber gloves in 40C heat are just a joke.
