I'm kind of liking the RVs built on the short Sprinter chassis like the SS Agile and the Pleasure-Way Ascent. The trend towards more use of electric and less propane is appealing, too (love that induction cooktop).

I love the Agile as a stealth RV. Nice teaser at the end. 😁

Looked pretty nice... Liked the extra windows and outside view. Also liked the wider isle. Not sure about the back area and amount of storage under the bed though. Really like the fixed pedestal bed in the Hymer. Also like the front seating area in the Hymer.

Joe what did you think of the pop top Acktiv? My wife really likes the concept of a loft, but had a hard time finding one. This journey started with us when we were looking into roof top tents. Then my daughter had triplets! Thanks

I talked to Colorado Camper Vans several years back about doing that Pop Top on a Promaster. They said " Heck yeah " . Glad Hymer did it . Real family camping . I loved my old Sportsmobile penthouse bed . Like sleeping in a tree house .

The two best parts of this video: Longing for the view of Crater Lake (in my home state) and the fact that you couldn't wait to get home. Home is where you are together...be it van, house, apartment or treehouse. Thanks for keeping it real. PS: The part about 'where would you like to go next, Love?'. Awesome.

I'm in love the Hymer Activ 2.0 Loft. The loft is the single feature that does the most for me. In my opinion, Hymer should offer the 4X4 version as well with the loft that currently in Europe. My disappointment with Roadtrek is I cannot live with the traditional cabinetry. It's just old and outdated. But I still have a love for Roadtrek and would highly recommend them. My ultimate class B coach is solar powered, all electric coach with a high rev under the hood generator.

I love that van. One of these days. My husband and I need to travel. I want a year with him out there and hopefully he will want to continue. We set up a home base. The plan is falling into place. One day when we see you out on the road we will say hello. Have a beautiful day! Leslye

Russo's thanks again for the great video! At about 2:30 in the video, you mention "the modifications Neal has made" to his Agile and then quickly show the bike rack. We have an Agile also. I like to carry 3 - 5 bikes (as I'm a competitive athlete). We have a rack that hangs 5 bikes, but would prefer an tray rack like you quickly showed. Can you please elaborate some more on Neal's bike rack? Thank you!

Thank you for this video as i looked at the current SS Agile made by RoadTrek on line. They are sold at an RV dealership here in FLorida. Sunshine State RVs. Watching the YT video as soon as I’m done typing this. Sadly the STO MODE BEAST is now 200k two years before I’m able to put a down pmt. Always have a plan B !!!!!! Blessings, Deb

Another great posting by you kids. One of the very frustrating things about your lifestyle are the stop-up costs! Looking at the price tags on the windows of the van's behind you in many scenes, you really need to put down some serious buckolas in order to get something new and up-to-date, technology wise. Yes the B's are much less than an "A" but oh my they are expensive! I guess I will just continue watching you in your adventures.

I was wondering about your husky. I know he misses you but it’s important as husky parents to take a trip alone sometimes. We have two huskies and just started our channel. One thing we are planning is restoring a vintage Rv. Hopefully we will get another video up in a few days. Please look us up it might be fun for Leo to watch Dakota and Pearline play . We will definitely be getting a video up soon with our huskies . Really sorry we have been so slow getting started. Once we were ready to start making videos a stray cat showed up and we took her in because she was pregnant and we had four kittens. They are seven weeks now. Only one left. They are so cute and it was an amazing experience. Take care, Leslye

What are your guy's thoughts on converting a school bus/cargo van? Something that isn't necessarily made for a living space. I've always wanted to live like how you guys do but the luxury of affording a "predone" RV is way out of a price range to be able to afford while in high school when planning this. I'd say for a good idea my ideal budget would be 50,000$ so making a rv out of a Sprinter van or a school bus I think is pretty awesome. Thoughts?
@sherellucasemmanuelcarsola68966 жыл бұрын
50,000 for van and build? id say save 20k more and get the best predone with absolutely no man hour lost to you plus warranty covered and also aesthetic perfect (no self build will ever look as aesthetically perfect than prof done) and the biggest consideration is value retention. predone will always hold its value more than self build always. just my thought and personal experience.

Hi you all are great and gave me inspiration on RV journey. We are looking for B coach as retirement get away exactly Hymer 2.0 for 3 persons and 2 doggie and my pets are always first class in my family. Seeing most of your clips with your Hymer B couach and got some questions and hopefully seeking some advises. We like the Loft option as space is important in B coach but, the air cond is under mounted and runs DC only. There is no ventilation in the washroom and no solar power, but I do have an inverted generator 2000W that I can take it with me. We don't do RVing for living but love to get away in 1/2 months or weeks across the coast. How's the air cond last at your coach running with with DC only? I like the van but there are pros and cons picking with or without the Loft option. Any comment?

I dream of having a pop-top that seats at least four passengers in the back. We have four small children. Three could sleep up top, and my husband and I could sleep below with the baby. We’d use it for vacations, not full time. As they get older, we could boot the kids outside to a tent.

Hi Guys. Do you think having the shower, closet etc. on the right side of the stealth van created more of a blind spot? I think having windows on that side would help when changing lanes. Why didn't you drive your van to the show? Always enjoy your videos. Thanks!

Went to the RV show on Friday. I wanted to view class B RVs. I think there were 5 vans. I'm positive that only 2 were set up as class B. The other 3 were high class taxis. Waste of time and money for someone like myself, who has no interest in anything but a class B. It was combo boat and RV show. Boats got the inside floor space. RVs all outside.

Hi, what's a HOA? Thanks
@H.pylori6 жыл бұрын
Home owner's association. Housing and condo tracts where you have a monthly fee for maintenance of the grounds, etc, and a governing board that dictates and carries out the policies in the Home owner's agreement. I imagine that most HOAs are OK, but some become very dictatorial and lack common sense judgement. One common rule is "no RVs parked in the parking areas." so you would have to take an RV to a storage facility.

You attend a Class B/B+ show and you review ONE RV??? Then you proceed with a lengthy explanation of the Truma product and leave the show? I'm a huge fan and have never ever disliked any of your videos, but this one got a thumbs down from me. It makes me wonder if your attending the show was paid for by sponsors of the 2 items shown on this video.
@lydiapagano6 жыл бұрын
Well they were in a partnership with Hymer - as we all are aware of, and it would make sense for them to be asked to possibly finish out any contractual agreements with them. I have no knowledge of the situation, but I think a little more understanding should be in order. If you are a paid Nike sponsor, I doubt they would want you going to a trade show and showing everyone all the amazing things about New Balance the whole time - just the other side of the coin to chew on.
@reohtz48786 жыл бұрын
I realize that they were in some sort of agreement with Hymer, but then specify in the title that it's a review of the new pop-up model and Roadtrek Agile. This would also help to publicize their sponsors. I feel as though I was baited into watching this video by the title B and B+ vans, that's all. I have followed the Russos for quite some time, and feel that if I give a thumbs down to ONE video, then I should provide a reason why. If you know that they were fulfilling a contract obligation, then thank you for the enlightenment. Cheers
@juliac95996 жыл бұрын
Agree with this. I want Vlogs where I get info on new places to discover, great gear to try, how-tos, and other substantive material. I get turned off when I feel like I'm watching a commercial for a sponsored product or plugs for money (patreon support etc.). Sponsored Vlogs don't tackle issues like things going wrong in the rig - and we could use more info on the challenges and fixes rather than ignoring the fact that they exit.
@reohtz48786 жыл бұрын
Julia C, there is another couple on You Tube that I have recently unsubscribed from doing the same thing. They have a Winnebago Trovato that was provided to them that was even painted a special color. Their last two reviews in fact we're on the new Trovato Lithium edition. They have disabled comments to their posts and that really left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm hoping that the Russos don't do the same as I do enjoy their Vlogs and even wept when they lost Leo.
@stanw9096 жыл бұрын
Well. At least they had the fan who bought the Travato K in the video so people might gleen that other B Vans do exist . Can't beat the Winnebagos for value . No tour of the crappy Hymer Travato K knock off .
