Did you cover the whole lingual surface of the teeth in the start ( shelth) or just missing part with around its border ?

You can pre wedge while making the lingual shelf & establish a contact at same time. If you don’t establish a contact after creating lingual shelf then wedge again and build out with the composite resin

That’s a good idea. I typically layer with some type of Dentin / Body shade composite resin because it’s less translucent followed by enamel shade

ADNANISTA absolutely, depending on technique and skill level you should be able to finish the entire procedure from anesthesia to completion in between 30 minutes to an hour

Good except for that music. The music is unnecessary! It is just a distraction for new viewers trying to absorb the information. The brain has to try and reduce the impact of the music and place all priority on the information. NO music would be much better. In a video like this, adding in music is immature and annoying for many viewers. I don't understand the mentality of video makers putting in music into information videos. Why are they so fearful about having no added-in sound? It's all to do with the herd mentality - the mainstream way of acceptance. It's why shopping centers and supermarkets always have background music. The mass of people feel uncomfortable with silence.
