Some really nice ones here, was a super fun day. I gotta try that one again towards the beginning that denied us at the top. I think if we have the time to work it we can get our little rigs up. Johns hot tub was great, looking forward to Mickeys hot tub in Moab, been 20 years since I've been out there and climbed that one. Thanks again, Stan, you did an awesome tire pick on that climb in the thumbnail !!

Thank you for sharing another great adventure. I never realized how much bigger a CJ5 is than a flat fender ? It just makes your little Jeeps even more impressive!! Your channel is the perfect way to start the day and I hope more people find it. Stay safe on the trails and I can’t wait for your next installment of good semi clean fun ! ❤❤

I bet when they designed the willys for the war .they wouldn’t think in 80years time folks would still be wheeling them along with modern jeeps and still doing a sterling job of it .I’m a landrover man myself coming from wales ,not far from where Wilkes designed the series 1 on a sketch in the sand on an Anglesey beach ..both vehicles are still relevant and useful in todays world .reliability and ruggedness is the key to both of these vehicles ..I’ve owned many series 3’s over the years and all have been very reliable and tough in use ..

Hi Craig. This week in Sand Hollow was my first experience wheeling with Series 1 Land Rovers. I was very impressed. Thanks for checking in.

Looks like fun on that trip, still working on mine in to the sand blast booth by the end of the week. What a job a hell of a lot of parts when you take them all apart. Do you know anyone with a 215 Buick in their jeep? If so how dose it work. Thank you for your time. Paul

Yes, actually saw another one on the trail in Sand Hollow that week, works well in a light rig. The real issue with these is when Rover put them in heavy Land Rovers, it overloaded them and reliability suffered. Good thing is tons of parts and upgrades available because Rover used these for so long after buying them from GM. I think it'd be a SWEET engine in a flatty, but not as good in my significantly heavier 1958 Land Rover seen in the video (I cheated and snuck a Chevy LS V8 under the hood so it would go down the freeway).

Hi Paul. Thanks for checking in. There are lots of Buick engines out there running in old jeeps. I'm not too up on the details though. The guyson the cj2a page forum are pretty knowledgeable and mostly friendly. Askyour questions there if you want. www.thecj2apage.com/FORUMS/forums.html?SID=317700-22381bzaze8ca296841z3947685185

The English have HP brown sauce . Love the old Landies , we see a lot more of them in Australia than old Jeeps.
