Great pizza! I am a french chef in Montreal with over 30 years in the business and love this pizza. What a great idea to teach people how to cook their own food. Even without a pizza oven people can make this at home. Congrats for a great recipe! BON APPÉTIT!

I made this pizza at home....and it is a Jassbino's favorite. Thank You. Since then I experimented and added a mixture of ricotta, garlic, EVO and parmesan as the sauce...tossed the arugula w lemon juice, Parmigiano-Reggiano and just a little balsamic. decorate the mixture on top and slid it back in for about 30 seconds. We do a similar pie, we call it the Mediterranean. In addition to those ingredients, we use red onion, and green olives.
