Classic Disney is Comedia d'el arte. You take established characters and put them in different situations. Looney Tunes characters are in the same situations each episode and the jokes change. Both are absolutely fantastic but I have to go with Looney Tunes. The stamina of those cartoonists is incredible.

Classic Disney has more grit than the two of them realize. Like there are a number of shorts that go like super dark. Not to mention if you think about some of the plots of some of the old movies it is honestly really messed up. That said I think it made no sense the way they did it because they did a whole movie and short studio against what really is a short and tv show franchise with a few movies thrown in.
