Try a Mazda BT-50, which is a Ford Ranger, but make sure you put a canopy on the back. We have lots of them here in New Zealand, the GTi of utes. Ford Escort RS2000 top car.

Great video as always Tom and I think you're doing a fantastic job with the headlining. Go for a T5 and do the camper conversion. Im looking for one myself at the moment and I've got a lot of inspiration about the conversion from watching G Dub TV on KZbin. It certainly worth checking out Gordon's videos. On a final note, that Escort RS 2000 looked gorgeous. I nearly bought one in the late 80s. I decided not to bother, as it was a bit rusty. It was just £375... and no that's not a misprint! 😭😭😭

Just doing my headlining now. What a pain of a job! Yours is looking impressive now. What tape did you use to secure the lining to body? Is it still stuck ok? Was thinking of using the double sided tape you can get for carpets/rugs but unsure if suitable or not

Thanks Ste, It is indeed one of the worst jobs to tackle! im glad you think it looks good! and I just used double sided tape which I bought from screwfix and its stuck perfect! cause the rubber seals hold it in place, just be sure to use your heat gun when sticking it around the seams :)
