I just love the quality of the plants. The anubias and Ludwigia leaves look so clean. Not to forget the riccardia. It's so pleasing to the eye. As usual, a wonderful scape Vladimir. I love the fish selection. These simple fish don't get enough attention after the boom of tetras and rasboras. Thank you for taking the time to make a video.

Hi. You can buy driftwood in an aquarium store, you have various types of driftwood provided and safe for aquariums. You can also find a wood in nature and prepare it for aquarium. Just do your research on which wood is safe for the aquarium.

Hello! I am new to your channel - love the scape - clean and simple so you can see the fish!!! I have 2 tanks (with 1 Betta in each one) and have only used plants that do not need to be planted in the substrate because mostly other videos show earth being put in first then sand or gravel on top - you don't do this!!! Which is great !!! because I have always been nervous of using earth in case when I do a water change and hoover up the bottom - that all the earth would dirty the water because of the disturbance. Thanks for video and the lovely scape!!

Thank you very much!! Appreciate it. Some plants require an active substrate and some do not. The plant I planted in the foreground is Monte Carlo. MC will grow in gravel without problems if enough light,CO2 and liquid fertilizer is provided. For plants that prefer to absorb nutrients from the substrate, I added osmocote capsules. If you have a substrate under the gravel in the aquarium, add water slowly during the water change so the substrate will not be disturbed.
