Pre raid bis and fury tank should not be in the same sentence. I see so many blue and green fury tanks, who can’t live or hold threat in MC on my alt pugs. If u have MC/bwl/pvp gear then spec to fury. I waited til bwl, unless you have very geared healers. Can’t have blues and greens raid and have a fury tank. Gets clapped way to easy.

Thanks for your input but nothing I recommended was listed as a "green item". Also I cant speak for other players but with the items i listed your tanks should have no problem holding threat if they're using correct rotation.. in my experience we had absolutely no problem with me fury prot tanking at the start of wow classic. Sounds like you have a healer issue not a tank issue in your pugs. Feel free to link me the logs to one of your pugs

i’ve noticed a lot of people even some of the best raiders still use blue gear is that because it’s actually the best gear available for the slot or for certain stat choices ?

It matters what items, are they using pvp gear and trinkets??

ppl seems confused about when to fury tank. only 3 requirement. 1) 15% crit rate from gear alone (read flurry talent) 2) healers are able to handle. 3) not dungeon (unless u r over qualified) deep prot one hand talent is still legit into bwl, at least thats what i learn from other ppl raid. the opportunity should comes to arise, when dps are bottlenecked by tank.
