@@Catire92 All pet abilities are on 'Ctrl' modifiers, so set attack/passive to Ctrl + Mup/Mdown, and keep Mup/Mdown for zoom :)

Definitely the best tactic I've used against feral druids. If nothing else it scares them out of form opening them up for scatter - trap combo.

@golden memes no it does not, that's where the feign into trap macro comes in. SS is a set up so you can run in for the FD trap regain range follow up with Aim shot into auto into multi for a nice burst combo.

@@goldenmemes51 consider SS your gouge for a rogue , a set up for restealth or in this case full trap, so you can stuff the Aimed down his or her throat. Especially you add in clever traps. You could bandage in his face and move back for aimed multi burst combo

I’ve been maining a hunter since the start of classic and I don’t regret it at all. By far the best range of any class maybe side by side with the mage or even a little better. And the physical range damage is just insane. After I finally perfected DM north tribute runs the class became a lot easier and I completely learned how to kite. Best tips I can give is don’t multi-shot when cc is active (poly, sleeps, etc). ALWAYS dismiss your pet when jumping off of a ledge within a dungeon. Know when to switch between different aspects based on the scenario. Don’t be afraid to FD to reset threat, this will save you! Learn your traps well and what situations require which trap. Always be aware of where your standing and never EVER walk backwards! Instead just strafe sideways or run forwards while looking back with camera when kiting. Best of luck ;)

A lot of matchup mentions forget to mention that you can have a massive range advantage with talents. Stay at max range, and few can even get close enough for a ranged ability. If you have a feel for max range, you become incredibly frustrating to bother with.

Nice! Been Streaming on KZbin My Lvling Experience on my hunter, will deff be doing some PvP. I'm lv 34 atm, but recently rerolled from a horde 60 troll to an alliance night elf. I went to a PST Server + my friends quit (classic to hard) syndrome lol.

good old times, I played till TBC, had 2 hunter on lvl 70 (and a few other chars, but hunter is always my fav) then playing on private server I played 4 hunter again, 2 to lvl 60 and the other two till lvl 40 (switching sides and then quit)

Tip for you hunters in the dire maul clip he shared you go up where your pet is have your pet down on the very bottom of the ramp have your pet started out and you ripped back or you have so much more time to dump damage. using the method that I just said is how I was able to get my runs down to 10 minutes

If you go into key bindings and assign a key to "zoom out" it will zoom out way farther than the mouse wheel.

BC man. BC BM hunter with leather working drums and trinket and gem only resilience or at least mixed with on pvp gear. I literally good fight 3 to 4 players and tank em with my face because I COULD NOT BE STOPPED UNLESS KILLED. For duration with all that other stacked shit, i broke the game back then,. It was ridiculously hard to CC me.

As a feral druid that is really annoying to deal with, not impossible though. You just shift out as the cast is about to finish, and then shift back in. It costs a lot of mana to keep doing this, but powershifting as a druid will let you maintain damage if you trait right.

Ive mained a hunter since right b4 TBC released back in the day and again in classic. the biggest mistake that i keep seeing my fellow hunters do while in dungeon groups is leaving "Growl" on auto-cast. turn that shit off. we got wiped in deadmines because a dwarf hunter kept pulling mobs off the tank, and when his pet died, so did he and everyone else because tank couldn't regain aggro. please fellow hunters, its a simple right click on the ability to disable auto-cast on it. it might be nice while solo, but do not, do not have it on when grouped. i put "cower" on autocast in groups, use that instead, your tank will thank you.

Oh... Back when I started to play WoW in when patch 1.9 was released and I got gifted with WoW copy and 2 months of sub time. I spend like 2 months leveling all classes till the 30's, but I decide to be the hunter class. In my eyes and feelings this class depends on you and your skills. If you are bad player, then you are bad as a hunter. This class learnt me to be more self-aware of my surroundings and to use the terrain as my advantage and that motion is my friend both in PvP and PvE. My realm back then was Sylvanas PvP EU when Vurtne was the hero of the Horde pvp scene and he was kind of inspiration for me 😁

both solo farm dungeons, as in DM trib and mara princess are still easily soloable. I am not sure what you are refering to. FD can be a real bitch, I agree, but if you struggle to solo the notoriously known hunter solo dungeons, then the issue lies with you and not some hotfix

Hunter is really the ultimate noob class, and i don't say that in any bad way, the hunter playstyle is hard to mess up when you are solo. if your pet dies and you suck, so do you. but you always have that fd option to not only save you a tone of gold on repair bills. but also give you a fast re-do this fight option . much less frustration to play as a first timer than any other class.

The real problem for hunters comes from locks...like most classes lol (bruh, as I keep watching he says Palis can be difficult cause they can hit u hard...they cant touch you, ever, they have no range gap besides 1 stun, you have more than enough to recreate range gap over and over again) ok then brings up scare beast in the mirror where the time casting it will get u killed, even using aimed in the mirror period is dumb unless there trapped cause of feign and u can kill due to high damage without using rather quick...this dude dont play a hunter (ima fan tho)

Druid is not useless. They're decent healers, can be decent DPS (if the player is competent and willing to put in some work), and can tank dungeons in the 5-10 player range. They're also very versatile in PVP.

Youch - Is that dungeons, raids, etc? There are a ton of BAD hunters out there - as it's a class that's easy to get into, but sending your pet at something it's not supposed to hit can deff mean a wipe.

I avoid groups with a hunter in it. They WILL need on ANY gear that they can equip, doesent matter if its a caster robe or a mele mail armor, they will need on it.

I have not seen that from my experiences. As far as competing for gear and slimy need rolls are concerned the classes that potentially tick me off the most are the hybrids of shaman, druid, and paladin. Shamans especially on the horde side, which is another reason I rolled an alliance hunter.
