There is really no connection there tbh.. you can clearly tell thise screams are from excitement, screams of terror are very different and gut wrenching. Theres a lot of dimash performances where you can hear such screams and yells. Some people are a bit crazy for him, that's all that shows.
@victoriah.20838 ай бұрын
@@NoUsernamae I think you have overshot the mark. Sir Hairless was stating that the audience's excited screams were REMINISCENT of what occurred during the cable car accident. It goes without saying, until now, that obviously the audience in attendance sounds nothing like a terrorized or panicked crowd.
@NoUsernamae8 ай бұрын

I think we all have our "cry-songs" by Dimash.. mine is "Ikanaide". The other is the one he sang/composed when his teacher died. Do you remember the name? He is with a woman playing piano and then she dissapear from the piano but the music goes on. ( my mother played the piano and it's like... she is gone but the music/memories goes on.. ) When my mother passed away Dimash came out with "Ikanaide" too. The lyrics, the emotions.. his eyes are shining. I was... crying!! the lyrics say"don't leave me" etc.. It was a relief to listen, to cry, just dealing with loosing your mom.. "Marigold" is me and my moms song ❤ Greetings from Norway 😊

Thank you as always for your fascinating and succinct explanations, Sir Hairless, and I am also very glad that you went into this song with the knowledge of the tragic backstory. Whenever I rewatch this performance, and many others from the Bastau concert, I am in awe of how Dimash, at such a young age, managed to portray such a wide variety of deep emotions, using both an airy voice to portray vulnerability and his intense mixed voice to convey agony and despair. In the lesser known song "Amanat," which I hope you will react to eventually, Dimash also makes use of a delicate, breathy sound. I think we are very fortunate to have a singer such as Dimash in this world, and I am also grateful that we have a knowledgeable musician like you to explain the many intricacies.

“Daybreak” - At his first concert in Bastau: This song tells the sad story of a Chinese boy (Quon Yan), who along with his family, suffered a cable car accident in Xingyi city in Guizhou province, where many people died, but the boy's parents held him up with their hands and he survived, though the parents died. The song was written and composed by the boy's adoptive mother (Han Hong) and Dimash sang the song for the first time in Mandarin on “The Singer 2017”, but he had a sore throat and sang through injections. The doctor said that if he sang high notes, he would never sing again... He sang! Then he made this wonderful version, already cured, at his show in Bastau!

Actually it's about his mother encouraging him not to give up - Daybreak, morning is coming, there's still hope for rescue- Han Hong wrote this song as a tribute to the sacrifice of that young couple for their son - she adopted that young child - Daybreak is written from the young boy's perspective of the last time he sees his mother and him pleading with her not to leave him all alone in the world
