Excellent reaction........When you calculate, based on the information available, DIMASH has been in training for this career since he was about 5 years of age. And if he has practiced, on average, 3 hours per day, and 300 hundred days per year, for about 21 years, that total would equate to about 18,900 hours of training, plus, you need the intelligence and talent of DIMASH...........Yes, he is from another PLANET.....My guess, Jupiter.

Yes, only Dimash can beat Dimash. He can't be compared to others. And you are right, he is really nervous when he sang SOS at The Singer 2017 since is is totally unknown in China then and doesn't know what will be the outcome of his performance.

Unbelievably, someone had slipped sleeping pills into his water before this performance. He preformed this whole drugged. I believe he collapsed afterwards and had to be taken to the hospital. Incredible! That he was able to carry this is so fantastically well, is just amazing!

I love all the different ways Dimash changes up his songs. I feel like it keeps him fresh, interesting and the audience never knows which version we will hear or which Dimash is on stage at this particular moment. I'm also thinking as he and his voice mature his music changes up in the form of more edgy, bold and reaching for a new limit which I really enjoy. Thanks for the great review. I think he sings sos the most perfectly here but I prefer the singer 2017 version as he was in China on his own and was very nervous how he would be accepted. If you watch the whole first programme, you see Dimash waiting to go on stage, clenching his fist and looking nervous, swallowing, so the cry for help lyrics seemed more fitting.

Hi, Josh. I really loved your reaction and analysis of this beautiful song. Personally Iove all performances Dimash did. Yeah they all have some details make them sound different between them. I love this guy. He's incredible and excepcional singer. About the lyrics of the song. The first time What I heard It. I had no idea what he was saying. But I felt very sad. Dimash conveyed very emotions. And I know why. Lyrics talk about a man who doesnt feel good with himself...I think...something like a goodbye to this world...sleep child..It sounded very emotional and sad.. However despite the lyrics. Thank you for your reactions and analyses ...concerning Dimash's different deliveries of the same songs...he seems to tailor each performance depending on the where he is, i.e. audience. Would you agree? I also loved the lamentation he did to honor the original singer of the song who passed away.

In the Singer competition, he was in dilemma because the head musician did not agree with him as to how the song shd be done. He was more into the song while the Chinese guy was more into pleasing the Chinese audience since they were part of the voter & also he was the first contestant & unknown. There is a video of this.

"Again, with Dimash, you have to stop and think what he's doing is crazy hard, and beyond the level of pretty much anybody else on the planet." I think that captures it all really. Hi Josh, thank you for your reaction to this amazing performance of SOS. Believe me or not, if this version is a Level 2 SOS, upgraded from 2017 version, he has improved it further to Level 3 SOS in his latest Arnau concert in 2019/2020. He is always perfecting his perfection.

Yes, he said he was very nervous before The Singer and so he would be as so much was riding on that first performance for him. This one is so magnificent with the wonderful reverb echoing all over that venue. Wouldn't it have been marvelous to be there to hear that sound surround you. If only.
