Jim Kelly hated cold weather. When he came out of The U he gave his agent a list of teams he did not want to play for. Buffalo was one of them. The Bills drafted him anyway. Kelly went to play for the Houston Gamblers in the USFL and put up video game numbers with that run n shoot offense (or as Buddy Ryan used to call it, Chuck n duck offense).

Was at this game (Jims first( and Jims last game also). Always in attendance for every AFC championship in Buffalo, the first being the blowout of the Raiders. Jimbo, Thank You for the memories!

When it was good ole Rich stadium with 80,020! We are kind of getting the same feeling now with Josh Allen. His first 2 years are feeling like the Bills did here just before they broke into 1990- You can hear it in the crowds. I am not saying this year will be 1990 but next year could be that year again.

The blue pants are the best though. The 1984, 85 look was the best with the red helmet/blue face mask, white jersey, blue pants. But, ironically, the 84,85 Bills was the worst two year stretch this side of the Browns 2016, 2017.

@@classicsports5057 Yes- I was at the Meadowlands for that classic call that had everyone laughing. But never realized how great and natural the call was till we got home and saw the replays!
