I love teachers so much. I’m graduating high school in six days, and I’ve always loved all of my teachers, but today I sent emails to six of them, six who make it hard to move on. I was nervous; I’m a pretty guarded person. They never really saw me be open. I’m really glad I sent them. The thing I heard most was along the lines of “I really needed this surprise, wonderfully caring message.” Everyone, thank your teachers 💜

You can heat the vinyl a little bit with a blow dryer and it comes off easier with no scraping

OMG! Cleaning up at the end of the year (especially a really challenging year) is my favorite thing to do! As soon as our tests are done, this girl is packing at the speed of light (simply because it's a lot and we're only 1 person)! Thank you for sharing how you organize for the end of the school year!

I usually purge and organize as we come up on the end of the year too. But right now work is chaotic. We have 13 days left, and we're getting new students from our virtual school who want to secure a spot for next year. I am a whole unit behind on grading and report cards will be due soon. So I will save the big purge for after school gets out this year.

Yes, video on maternity leave. I teacher 2nd and baby is due in August so won't start the year with the kids. Last time I was due in Feb and just didn't end the year. Much different to prep this time.

I got the Explore Air 2 before my first year and it was definitely worth it! First year teachers have soooo much classroom prep to do so it was a big timesaver!

I love all of your classroom transformation videos 💚💙 super random question but for the vinyl, do you use permanent or is there another type? I bought a cricut not to long ago and I’ve been wanting to use it for the whiteboards but the vinyl that I see in stores says “permanent vinyl” and I don’t know if that’s the one for it. If you need to eventually remove then use the removable. If you are doing waterbottle or anything that may get wet- use permanent outdoor vinyl

Quick Hack for Cricut!! When you're peaking the vinyl, peak the background, cover with masking tape and transfer. SO SO SO MUCH EASIER!
