For everybody who is commenting that Claudia and Billie look so much a like. Yes they do look little similar. But it is not strange or creepy - it is actually researched and commonly known phenomenon. People often seek partners who have some similar features with themselves, their parents, siblings etc. And it is mostly subconscious and they might not see the similarity themselves. For this reasons many couples might look really similar - plus they often start mirroring or adopt each others gestures which even doubles the effect.

Actually it’s the opposite. We subconsciously search for someone who hasn’t similar DNA so kids will have less chances of genetic problems. And that’s what research indicate not the opposite 😂😂😂

Regarding the "Attempting not to get Overwhelmed with Work," question, I imagine that my mind is a peaceful ocean, and that each thing I have to do is a glacier in that peaceful ocean, and that I will eventually float toward the glacier and encounter these activities at the right time. In this way, I recognize that I cannot complete everything at the same time, and thus, don't expect it of myself. I have faith in myself that I will get everything done that I need to do (because I never fail to do so), and when I begin to get overwhelmed, I remember that panicking is just a waste of time and energy that won't make me feel better in the end. So, I stop, breathe, and move on... with a little music listening and a dance break. If I can't breathe and calm down, I write a song to get out my emotions.

I just got my IUD removed because we want to start having more kids, I was scared that it was going to be painful. You feel the smallest pinch and then it’s over, it takes longer to get into the doctor and do all that then it does to take the IUD out. Deep Breaths and you’re done.
