I hate claustrophobia so much & it’s getting worse the older I get. I’m so desperate to find a solution. I can be in an open space & just the thought alone of being closed in makes me begin panicking. I even kind of panicked seeing the thumbnail from this video.

I am not sure why comments on this videos are mean but it shows one thing - people want a quick fix for their problems without wanting to take personal responsibility. This man is educating everyone the CORE ISSUES of every single problem in this world. What he's saying here is to look and accept your emotions. And that it's okay to feel not okay. Every disease we have at the core is unresolved trauma and conditioning. He went very deep. I think his titles are fitting. If anyone thinks they can solve their issue with one video, you're really asking for too much. Instead of being grateful for videos like this exist, you CHOSE to react negatively. Even if you go to a therapist you'll need several dozens session before showing improvements. Message of the video - look deep and resolve your core wounds and you'll begin to see why you have your problems. Will it take one video? No, it will take months and years. And it's worth it.

The first minute is intense and scary . That's the very worst feeling . After that it's going to be okay . But I hate that first minute .

I feel claustrophic when I feel trapped. Mostly when I surrounded by people preventing me from moving (for example in the center of a group hug). The realization that I can leave a situation I feel trapped in really helped me with claustrophobic settings not involving others.

I avoid busy streets of people and the supermarkets to avoid panic attacks. I live a normal life. I go shopping early in the morning or late at night

@Epic_gamerd 3 жыл бұрын
That's not a normal life is it? . Just going shopping without thinking about it being busy is normal. That's how it starts then before you know it you avoid more and more situations and inevitably end up agrophobic and very limited. Please address it ASAP

A lot of people seem innocent, until they show you their real self when they are sharing space with you. The silent shy guy can have a more dominating personality than the funny and outgoing guy.

Thanks Mihai, you are correct, we can not keep our mask of pretending flawless. I used to focus on others who in my believe had to change. But only after having solved within myself what they made me feel, after being radical honest with myself how I behaved like that too sometimes, together with a change of perspective of how I saw them, not only changed me, but my entire reality around me.

So far I am 3 minutes into it and I am liking his explanation. Now what’s my unsolved “ emotional damage” ? I wasn’t always Clausto? It started about 8 years ago on a flight from Buenos Aires to Washington DC. I was having a dream and all of a sudden I felt pulled out from the dream into reality. Opened my eyes and everyone was sleeping. Since then couldn’t sleep and had to change from my fav window seat to an aisle seat. I cant seat in the middle seat of a passenger vehicle without praying under my breathe unless it’s like for 10mins drive. Elevators I am okay.

I thought you hit it dead on for most of the video. However I’m not sure how be8mg in touch with my core untouched goodness will bring me any closer to nirvana. When I see a cave exploration video where they are squeezing through cracks while filling with water or even worse I am a scuba diver. I see these guys doing these cracks deep underwater and I literally feel sick.it’s the thought of dying 14:14 😢 in a horrible position) that is the problem. 😢
