Had something similar happen. She emotionally detached and gained feelings for her co worker. She's been flaunting him all over social media. It's been 2 mos. Breaks my heart. She is very indifferent to me now after a period of no contact. She even said he feels bad. Smh. I've gone back into no contact and waiting for the this relationship to run its course.

Two weeks after my girl broke up with me she jumped into a rebound they have been together about a month. The guys a friend of her other friend's boyfriend so it's a whole group thing. I'm not being narcissistic when I say this but the guy is way less attractive. I don't get the downgrade because my ex is a very pretty woman. But I give it 3 months tops. Dont diss Craig Kenneth please, it does not reflect good on you. I agree with him. Just do not talk to them about their new relationship. Wish them well, and if you are in slme sort of contact with your ex, rather just say: You are my ex, and I am not the right person to help you, as I am biased. It is lack of respect towards yourself and towards the other person. My ex asked for relationship advice from his exes, and believe it destroyed us. And he was not happy afterwards, he did not go back to any of his exes. Most of them were in a relationship themselves. He went into a rebound and married her. And now her life is broken too, as it did not last and she got invested way too fast. Leave it, move past it. If they want to come back for a second chance, they will eventually do that. Do not manipulate, for gods sake…. It is unhealthy to everybody involved.

it sounds like your ex is still confused as to where she has to place you in her life. Though there's no definite meaning for that you can always have a conversation with her so you would understand where she is coming from emotionally.

My exhusband and I separated because I found out that he was chatting and having a deep connection with a girl who is 12 years Younger than him. Clay any help or advise would be very much helped my ex moved on over a month ago now we have been split 1 mother and 1 day as of today idc what she does with the new guy she met at her job she works 2nd shift he works 3rd shift she made it fb offical less than 2weeks after our split she initiated the breakup not me she was got and cold over her 4 days off from work for turkey day and now she has went back and shut me out 100%- here in the last week. Hi, clay Iam living in this topic my wife 47 and Iam 49 we have been married for 25 years we have 3 teenagers boys 21,17,16 my wife suffered from depression and anxiety for years last year she lost her father after she jumped with a rebound who she meet in pcycatric hospital she left me and my boys we are still in good contract I have tried pretty everything to make her see the damage and the reality she is confuse to make her decision but my life and boys life is on hold she never mentioned a divorce Iam getting frustrated please help or advice I would really appreciate I do believe in marriage .
