My current boyfriend told me to block my ex this morning even told me to block his mom and yes they are blocked. The question is how come he doesn't want his mom following me Twitter what is wrong with parents? A part of me wants to give a friendship a try isn't it up to me? I am My own boss am I? He doesn't like when my ex and his mom follow me on Twitter. Like why does he tell me to block his mom. It's not like she's going to hit on me. My current boyfriend wants to protect me from harm. I don't know the history here, but yes, it sounds like your boyfriend wants to protect you from being pulled in and hurt by your ex or his family... either that or maybe he feels insecure over you having him in your life.

He’s protecting you. Have you expressed your feelings on the matter? I’m sure he sees how it’s affecting you, and that’s why he is asking you to do those things. They shouldn’t be on your page anyways, they’re being nosy.
