Clayton we love you just know that. I've been dealing with depression for 2 years now. I feel like I'm consumed with the darkness. I went through depression for almost 12 years, and it took me a long time to figure out how to beat it. You have to remember depression isn't just some random feeling that comes out of nowhere. It'sm a planned attack from the enemy, and you have to tear it down. You have to get angry with it, you have to hate it. That's the only way I was able to overcome it. But here is the best part. When you call on Jesus on help(literally call on him, I would sometimes scream"Jesus HELP ME") and when you do I promise you he comes every time with a sword in his hand and severs that thing off of you. The Lord is a warrior and wants to fight for you. The second thing you have to do is spend time with him. Spend time in worship(Misty Edwards is a awesome worship artists) and let God speak to you through it as well as reading his word. The Psalms is very encouraging. Hope this helps... God bless

Please read Luke 18: 1-8. I hope and think it will be helpful to you. In every situation, no matter how difficult, always pray. God most often does not magically solve everything in one day or one week. Rather, it seems to me He prefers to slowly do what He wants, as a process in which He also changes us (this we do not notice while being in suffering). Just remember to always pray and not lose heart. Read Proverbs 3: 5-7 on this.
