This makes me so nostalgic! I'm 42 and my daughter is 20. She just moved out and I'm bawling!!! Even though I worked her entire life, I tried to always be involved in her schooling. I love your ideas, I had a hanging organizer for her clothes during the week. Enjoy these days, they really do go by in the blink of an eye. ☺️

So growing up in Maine I love that you are supporting LL Bean. My husband worked there when he was much younger and still has a backpack he loves using from over 20 years ago, and it’s still in great shape. Always had LL Bean bags growing up as well. We also love their lunchboxes.

Loved when my kids wore uniforms back in the UK. Everyone wears uniform tbh. And it literally makes life soooo much easier all around. We now live in Canada and my youngest doesn’t wear uniform but im hoping to move him to a school with uniform lol

Yes I got the Beddies for my daughters bed and we love it. Her bed looks so good when it’s made. She’s three so she gets a kick out of making her bed. It’s also upper easy to wash!!! I will buy these again

Kids have crazy growth spurts at times! I use to have my girls wear bike shorts under some of the dresses depending on the style it kept the item moving through the rotation a little longer, they loved the look! Great video, thanks for sharing!

Little ones are sort of nervous that first day or even week. All these things you did for your children. Make them feel special, and loved and see fun too. They know your there for them. it helps to present a calm balanced start. You know…..learning is fun, you come home and I’m here for you. My older kids started school today. My oldest is a Junior in High School and my second is in 7th grade. My youngest isn’t old enough yet. I have a Cricut joy but now it seems I want/need a bigger one. But these are amazing ideas. Gives me ideas for when my daughter starts school

My favorite teacher gifts I ever did was when my son was in daycare. The teachers rotated in and out so there were several I needed to recognize. I went to Dollar Tree and bought several of their popcorn buckets. I grabbed some microwave popcorn and movie candy to fill them, as well as a few cans of soda. Then I bought some Redbox codes and wrote a code inside each thank you card I then tucked in the popcorn bowl. Instant movie night. I wrapped them in DT shrink wrap cellophane when I was done but you could just as easily leave it open.

Such a great back to school prepping video! Gives me some different ideas to try. My husband and I have the beddy and it’s definitely good quality. I do find ours does slip off on occasion, but it’s rare. I think it all depends on how good of a job I did getting it on after washing because our mattress is sooo heavy! I hope the kids have a wonderful school year. My three don’t go back until after Labor Day.

Hello! I notiiced when you were going through your daughters clothes that you said some of her dresses were to short. I just wanted to share a suggestion for what we do for my daughter when her dresses were to short. We would just pair them with a pair of leggings and it always worked out great especially with the dresses she really loved!! Hope this helps and as always your videos are awesome!

I have the beddys for my boys and love it. I did have a few sets for my husband and I on our king size bed and it was fine, so easy to make the bed, but I missed normal bedding for us. For kids I love it and especially for bunks I think it’s a must have. I also don’t think it’s much pricier then typical target or other bedding because it’s like a comforter, blanket and sheet set all in one. Buying those all separately I’m sure is comparable.
