I’d use that closet for inset shelving space. Maybe take the doors off & expand the frame to the actual width of the closet? If you ever do clothing hauls in there you can buy clothing racks. Or if you ever need closet space again you could always take the shelves out & put a bar back in it.

Hey, If you do get a glowforge you’ll need to get a air filter to put it on the corner you mentioned . If not you’ll have to vent out the window or cute a venting hole through the wall. Just a little heads up!

I love it. The colors are perfect. The floating shelves next to the window are my favorite part. Sorry about the funky smell. I find that coffee works even better than baking soda at absorbing smells. I would put some coffee on the floor and shelf of the closet and then lock it up for a bit. Wiping down the walls with a vinegar solution may help too. Could also be on the ceiling vents. I hope you find it because that would drive me nuts.

FYI check that vent in the ceiling, sometimes previous owners leave a "gift" hiding in the duct work. Good luck.

If the smell is still there, you could remove the closet doors and leave it open. Also, diffusing Purification in the room might help too.
