Nowhere nearly as affective as a drum loaded burnisher. Night & day difference.

Will this be good to remove rust from cast iorn table saw table without removing little to none cast iron?

I believe so. When I cleaned the steel for the Christmas tree card stand video the rust came off very easily but barely scratched the good base metal.

Hi, can you use this machine for surface smoothening on hot dip galvanized square tubes?

If you use more abrasive type drums I think you could. Just make sure you wear breathing protection as airborne zinc can be dangerous.

i got some stubborn sealer on my driveway that won't come off .. would this be a good tool to use ?

You could use this, but you would definitely want to get a much more abrasive wheel that what they send with the burnisher. Harbor Freight has some aggressive wheels that would probably work.

I belive it can, but I would just make sure you use a new wheel.

Can this be used to dull sharp corners of the sheet?

I don't think it would be ideal for that. The more aggressive drums I bought might work but I would grind the corners round and then clean them up with this.

It’s hard to see from the video but has it removed the mill scale? Did it manage to get down to the metal underneath on the plate steel?

Absolutely! It easy got down to the bare metal without an issue.
