I've had numerous electric shavers and this is by far the best one I've ever used! I'm cleaning it now and will give feedback afterward if I have anything to report. LOL

My cleaning station has stopped working lately, it’ll charge my razor but won’t clean it. It makes the noise as if it’s cleaning but the liquid won’t go up where the razor is, I’ve changed the liquid but still no luck. What do you recommend please?

1:17 - On my device, the process took 4 hours and 17 minutes. The second stage of drying took 4 hours. I think it's just passive drying, because the device doesn't make any sound the whole time.

@@yhuy6847 No need to fix it. I learned from another video posted by Philips representatives that this is how long the process takes (4 hours). Therefore, the information in this video is false. And the drying takes place with heating, that's why there is no sound.

I have this charger cleaning system not sure if identical,it doesn't work lately, I purchased it about 5 years ago,the cleaning catridge is brand new,when I turn it on it sounds like is working but when it finished the shaver is dirty and the liquid is clean.any advice?

Hello, when my father first puts the razor in the machine the on button doesn't light up and where you have like a washing symbol come up in white his is in red and looks like two arrows and does not alter can you tell me if he is doing something wrong please

The container should be full.

The cintainer needs to have certain level.. so even if half liquid remains they force you to change! (what a waste)just add some water to container and it will start cleaning!

No, one cartridge can go for up to 3 months of one's a week usage. So around 12/13 cleanings :)

Just dropped $200.00+ for this shaver.............only to find there is no drop-iin charger for the shaver. First day owner and am impressed with the job it does, but this is B/S I have to muck around plugging the damn thing in all the time THIS SUCKS. Used a Baun for years and this puts the Braun to shame........... but at least the thing was always charged. Screw you Norelco!!!

There is actually drop in charger for series 9000, we have one at home. I bought this station around a year later. There is also an induction version (prestige series) which is probably most comfortable.

Did you try angling the plug into the cleaning station port? The female end inserts at an upward angle.
