I saw your omlet review and just clicked next video and just love all about you, don't even have any animals (I did pet sit my friends 2 Guinea pig for a long week (10days) which is probably why you were in my recommendations because I was googling a looooot of Guinea pig care and tips for things I could make (made them a house, a hay chute for the outside to free up a bit of floor space, a cardboard house because their hide was forgotten in the haste (and her daughter packing the cage tbh) and a hammock and some toilet paper hay 'puzzles' ), but you're the first video I have gotten about rodent related stuff and it's been over 2 months since. Also caring for those two pigs just solidified that yup I am not suitable for constant care animals, I need something a bit more relaxed, so the plan of getting snakes is even higer on the list now 😅

Im so sorry for your loss. I recently lost my hamster who was just after turning 2 and I can't even look at the cage without almost crying. Its been a month now and I still haven't cleaned his cage. R.I.P Humphrey and of course Sodium you will be missed dearly😭

Biggest thing I love about living in southern Ontario, Canada is the weather! We get everything minus the serious tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. It makes me appreciate all temperatures and I've learned the art of layering clothing ^_- The snow is pretty, the hail is rare (so marveled at), the rain is typically refreshing, and the sun is warm, but not often punishing. We can do all the season-related sports/entertainment throughout the year. Each season is an adventure every season because no two are the same!

Oh I'm so so sorry Erin :( He was such a gorgeous little mouse and he packed a lot of action into his short life 😢 💙 I lost my Roborovski hamster Egbert around a week ago and it's super difficult. I also really struggle with stripping their cage after they pass... makes it feel final. :( I tend to double down on the care of my other pets when I lose one, so I've busied myself planning a 1m² Linnmon build for my newest lad Jiminy. He has been in a Zoozone 2 since that's what I had to hand when I rescued him a few weeks ago, but he needs more now he is a permanent member of the Tiny gang. Can't wait for everything to arrive to start building... he was found in a neighbour's garden with a cat attacking him and has some mobility issues as a result, but he's doing so well and deserves all the things

Update: my hammy passed away on the 19th December, she never got to be a senior citizen she was put to sleep as she had 2 tumours that couldn’t be removed and 1 day longer it would’ve blocked her airway. She’s at peace now

Lol, I'm Canadian and where I live we get more "winter" than any other season. Sometimes the snow starts in October and doesn't stop until late April! I enjoy the vlogs as well! Especially when Rodney is featured!

@@honigbluete Northern Ontario Canada! Lots of skiing, snow mobiling, ice fishing and snow fort building! Gets to -35°C but I wouldn't live anywhere else! Summer is great too! Camping, fishing, hiking and 4 different beaches 30 minutes away!

The oldest Hamster I’ve owned reached just over 4years he was a Syrian Hamster named ‘Yuko’ sweet boy just went from old age very peacefully in his sleep.

I want you to know that you are a fantastic mummy to all your pet babies, they are so so lucky to have you. Myself & my hubby absolutely love Cypus, if we ever win the lottery we will be buying a holiday home over there so we can retire & enjoy the rest of our lives where we know it’s beautiful & friendly. We love it in Latchi as it’s away from the tourist areas. My Uncle was Cypriot so we have always had holidays over there & have been brought up on Cypriot food. Today me precious girl Verdandi passed away and it's kind of... comforting to see this, in a weird way. I'm sorry for your loss. My girl was a Campbell, almost 3 y o, a really old lady and seemed to be sleeping too. She even had still food on her mouth. That's why a friend told me that she may have gone to the egiptian other-world, since she was bringing snacks. I don't believe in those kind of things, but it's a kind way of seeing a pet passing away.

lol I love how you are talking about how cold Canada is! I live in BC and its not that snowy. it maybe snows 1-5 times a year here and in the summer time gets pretty hot. Its mostly just rainy. 8 months of the year is non-stop rain. however yukon is part of the arctic circle which does mean it get -45 degrees Celsius on a regular winter.

Wisconsin is having 3,000 and 4,000 's new cases a day . They issued an emergency in my county yesterday . mask is mandatory still and it's back down to limit 10 again . I know more and more people weekly that are getting sick . Mom has lost a friend from it . A school administrator fought it for I believe 3 months with several complications after . He just passed too .

Ahhhh the weather debate. I have lived where I live for so long that around 90 f/32 c is a pleasant chilly day. It gets up to about 114 f/45 c here yearly, and I can't believe I've adapted to be comfortable in this, but I have. I hated it when I first moved here. I'm sorry for the loss of Sodium! We had to have our Hammie PTS on Thursday night (22nd). It was the worst thing I have ever had to do but he needed to be out at peace. We had him 2 years and he suddenly developed a tumour in his pouch area. Within hours he had deteriorated so much, and he had slowly lost weight. He couldn’t walk anymore, and just slept on me. We spent his last day cuddled together with lots of treats (that were edible as he couldn’t eat properly due to the tumour). The vet said they weren’t sure he would even last the night. I could not let him suffer anymore. I sobbed and haven’t stopped, but I know what we did was the kindest thing for our gorgeous little Flynn.
