I won't be selling them. There will just be an initial fee to become one of our contractors. Then after that you can sub as many contracts under us as you can handle and you'll keep %80 we'll keep 20%

@@johnshaw3285 The objective is to get rid of Jan Pro now. You are already in so make the most of it and be smart. Get along REALLY WELL with all your customers' contacts and...maybe offer them a discount to go with you directly. It works! Ensure the cleaning is excellent, take them small offerings (a doz muffins/coffee, etc) on and off and when the time is ripe just approach them. It's risky since Jan Pro can hear about this and that will not brood well for you. But you know best. But, get your contacts to like you more than they appreciate Jan Pro. Ask them what they think of Jan Pro, etc. Be careful!
