It is funny how you don’t realize you are doing something wrong till you see it. It would be easer to drop the deck to one inch to clean it rather then on two and a half inches. Also I agree with the other commenter that they are sealed bearings and greasing them packs the space so water can’t enter, but you would have to hand pack the bearings . I wish I knew why JD included grease zerks, unless it is to charge when they do maintenance

If your mower needs repaired under warranty you better put every thing back you take off. All it takes is a excuse to void your warranty. I have seen it happen

It's a 54" deck. Not sure on the size of the tires, but they work great. Been using them for quite a few years now, and it's all we buy anymore.

mine gets blown after each yard. It might be time to give yours a good degreasing.

John Deere says every 25 hours grease the fittings and only pump twice. Don’t ask me but that’s what they say
