Thank you!!! I have the exact same problem with Vitamin D. I would be hurting and aching so bad I was almost in tears for MANY months!!! I thought I was full of arthritis! It got so bad I could hardly walk around for more than 10 mins without being in a lot of pain and being severely tired. Found out my D was so low it was a miracle I wasn't admitted to the hospital!! It had been almost a year and I am only a few points away from being in the normal range, but it has taken forever to get my levels up!. Hang in there, it will get better but on another note I am so happy to hear someone dealing with the same thing as me. When I would talk about it, people think I am over exaggerating!! It is very depilating when our D is that low!! It will get better but it does take a long time to hit normal limits. At least it is for me. Hugs xoxo

Dayna, I’m so happy (in the nicest way….you know what I mean) to hear that you’ve also felt this way. It makes me feel less crazy. I still kind of feel like I’m being dramatic over nothing. A year feels like such a long time to recover, but often the years pass in a blink of an eye so maybe it’s not so bad. How are you feeling now? Any advice?

@@feraltradwife I live in Canada and I'm outside all the time, so I doubt the sunshine will help us like some people like to recommend (rolling my eyes) lol..... Only advice I can tell you is what my Dr said: You can't rise your D to fast or to extreme because it can cause a kidney issue. (You can google that if you like). Also, I have to do my blood work to see what level I'm at every 3 months just to make sure it isn't going crazy high all of a sudden. (which it isn't or hasn't so far). I am not as tired, and I am not aching or having bone pain as extreme as I was having. My stamina is much better. I didn't notice a huge sudden change all at once, but rather slowly getting better over time. I am much better than I was 9 months ago. I would say I'm 80% there. Just listen to your body and keep taking your vitamin D supplements. You will get there. Hugs xoxox

@@dayna6938 dang! I need to keep my kidneys in the best shape possible so I can swap one out later for a nice working one for the husband! I live in such a sunny state, and I’m outside so often so it’s not an exposure issue for me!! Even the pharmacist was super smug and was all “you just need 10 minutes of sunshine and you’re set for the week!” I was wildly annoyed tbh.

I hated when it was time to clean my fridge. My older kids would buy fast food and never throw out the leftovers. So I bought a plastic bin from dollar tree and once its filled with leftovers they either throw it out or eat it. It actually worked! I also, bought trays for other food groups in the fridge. I found that my fridge is easier to clean because if i have any spills they land inside the bin.

Well done Bethy Babe! You deserve a hug, Kitchen looks great, dinners on, and you've got a silver lining to your cloud of feeling unwell, I hear the relief in your voice, tears of happiness are the best tears after all. I've been mirroring you this past7 days had an awful week started last Wednesday. Heart issues playing up again had to go to A&E ( think you call it ER) and got a readout of my crazy fast heart that was going 216bpm for 2 hours until the vagal maneuvers worked, but I got home and was fine after an hour of being out of svt. It did though give me a nice captured readout to take to my cardiologist and now I'm on the list for a second ablation and while no who wants to have one of those, no one, but I do because he said second time around is usually is a full cure so I want that chance, My bloods also came back that my thyroid is too high, the letter said oh please phone your DR and get an urgent appointment, today they phoned me back telling me don't worry is it raised but you're not in danger we will retest as its borderline high, I almost cried with relief too and sounded like a crazy person thanking the Dr's receptionist over and over for letting me know. I know you know how anxiety can lead you down very dark places but this time I'm still outside in the sunshine, not helped by the fact that our son with special needs has had to got to two assessments today because he turned 18 and they want him to get a job, he's had to go and show them and have me tell them everything about his disabilities that will show he can't work, I feel like crap haven't slept more than 4 hours a night in 2 nights, but we love him and he's our Luke ( he still like's to be called Baby Luke) so he's my baby Luke and he's perfect! P.S I'm on the cusp of menopause and I could happily put bleach in someones coffee most days🤪😂

Yup I ignored my symptoms until I was about 5 hours away from dieing on my living room couch. Totally different situation but I had an ectopic pregnacy in 2021 and I took the methotrexate shots for it and they said I would have cramping and discomfort for the next month or so. I was going in getting my hcg checked every two days and it was going down accordingly. Two weeks in on new years eve i was building a deck box for our basement to store outside toys for the winter and I felt a pop on my left side where the ectopic was then a warm sensation and ALOT of pain. I still finished the deck box and put away the toys and after putting my kids to bed I laid down on the couch with an ice pack. My husband said I should go in but I refused because I had things to do and we had a huge snowstorm. About 2 hours in I got up to go to the bathroom and my ears were ringing. I called my husband into the room and that's all I remember. He said he had to pick me up off the floor and carry me to the truck. From that point I woke up once in the truck and I actually told him I was fine and to turn around because the kids were just in pj's and the roads weren't plowed I didn't want to have him drive all of us in that amount of snow. He obviously didn't listen and got me to the er. We pulled up to the door and he told me to wait while he got a wheel chair. My stubborn ass climbed out of his big truck and walked in myself instead because there was too much snow to push a wheelchair and because I didn't want to have to make the kids get out of the car in just pj's or scare them with not being able to walk on my own. I had emergency surgery less than 15 minutes of walking in. I had just over 4 units of blood in my abdomen because my tube ruptured. They couldn't beleive I walked myself in and that I built a deck box while I was internally bleeding lol. It goes to show how hard moms push themselves in the name of getting things done for everyone else. They told me if I would have continued to fall asleep on my couch I would have not woken up ever again. On funnier note I'm glad I'm not the only one who jokes with my husband about poisoning him😅 my hand towel on my stove literally says "don't make me poison you" People always give me looks when I joke about stuff. Or when he's going to do something that's probably risky I always say "wait! Let me up the life insurance policy real quick!" Instead of "be careful" ect lol. We have been together since middle school so he totally knows it's a joke. If not he would have been dead a long time ago😅

Ok so I read this like 9 minutes after you commented and didn't have the time to be able to write back and I didn't want to drop something short like "Yikes, thanks for watching tho" lol That is such a crazy story. I cant believe you almost died just trying to tough it out for your kids. I feel like Moms have such a "its fine lets just take care of the kids" state of mind, but yours is next level. I'm so happy you survived. I hope the recovery wasn't too terrible! I do love joking about my husband. I also tell everyone I married him for his money. We were sooooo broke, we were junior enlisted in the military, but people always act soooo offended on his behalf. Whatever, my trophy husband will laugh at all of my jokes for me.

I am so happy you have some answers on your health. ❤ That has got to be a huge relief. I would like to say you are NOT a failure. I feel like you are the opposite! You took the steps to find out what was wrong and are now doing what you need to do to fix it! That takes determination and strength! I tend to avoid things when I know something could be wrong. So I am proud of you! As for your goals, why not pivot? With the new information in hand, set new goals. Work your way up to 15,000 steps as you get these supplements into your system. Quick question. Is there a certain brand of vitamin D you are taking or that was recommended? And as always you had me laughing out loud!😂 I have to say your humor is my favorite! I would be gossiping right along with you as a juror! As far as your husband, if you ever need an alibi, I got you!🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for another video! ❤❤❤❤❤

@@cristenlayman7183 I am going to just pivot. I had some friends here in the comments kind of pull me out of my abandonment of it all, and I’m so grateful for it. I’m going to let the steps fall where they may but do the other things and I’m considering journaling how I’m feeling to see the progress as I improve? Like days I didn’t need a nap or 6 cups of coffee. The vitamin D was prescribed, it’s 50,000iu. I’m not sure if it comes over the counter but the brand is Ortho Molecular Products. And I’m glad you weren’t a juror with me because I bet we would just be giving each other 😳🙄🫠🫠🫠🫠 during the trial

Girl! I’ve been watching your videos for a little bit now, the first video I every watched of you I thought, “this girl has ADHD.” I am not a doctor, but I have it and we are very similar from what I can see. I have learned to manage the house over the years differently so mine does not get out of hand as much anymore. 1. Declutter, Declutter, Declutter. Do not bring another thing into your home until you’ve found a place for everything. If it does not have a place and you do not need it donate it. (You don’t need to buy new things to organize it) 2. Chore rotations. My family rotates Dishes,Bathrooms,Laundry/pet, and vac/pick up every week. Each person puts their own laundry away and each person has a job and it gets done. This way it stays manageable even if I am low energy. My kids also get zero screen time until they have completed the chore. 3. Not a tip just an observation. You are worthy. You can get on top of your home. You need more help and you don’t need to do it all by yourself.

Awwwww I love that you kept that sweet moment between you and your husband. I absolutely love your house, it is so beautiful! If I lived near you, I would love to sit and have a coffee with you outside every morning. I am addicted to true crime! I am absolutely shocked by these people that commit the murders, I just don't understand how they can commit these crimes. I can't believe this woman that put bleach in her husbands coffee. If you no longer want to be with someone, wouldn't it be easier to just leave. I think you should do an #asmr like that dad said. Alot of people love asmr videos. Anyway, sorry for the long message. I hope that you have a wonderful day full of love, laughter, happiness and blessings!

Don’t apologize for a long message, I love it! I’m so happy that you beat lung cancer. All of your conditions must cause so much pain. I would love to sit and have coffee with you some day. We could talk about the crimes we obsess about the most and get some of our vitamin D in!!

I'm so sorry to hear you stop your 45 days challenge.😢 Can't you just keep going on with this challenge? You kept me so motivated You don't need to walk 10.000 steps a day to fulfill the challenge. You can slowly build it up. You can adjust the challenge to what fits better to you. I do not walk 10.000 steps because I also have a lot of lower backpain and my hips and feet also hurts to much when I do to much or walk to long. On days when I do a lot of cleaning, I walk only 15 or 30 minutes and sometimes not at all, because I feel like cleaning is also a tough workout sometimes. Please keep going on with it.❤ Just make it a little bit easier. I love your videos and i'm glad for you that you found out why you are feeling the way you did. I hope you will feel better soon. And, NO you are NOT lazy or a bad person. Keep being nice and gracefull to yourself. Lots of love and a big hug

You know, I could continue with most aspects of it! I should do it but instead of having a step goal I can just monitor how many steps I’m actually getting and adjust up as my body feels better? But the water, sunshine, and diet aren’t dependent on how my body feels, and I can move forward there. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Claudia for the encouragement! You are wonderful!

@@feraltradwifeExactly what I meant. Maybe these goals are even more important at this moment. Just start with little walks untill your body feels like you can walk longer. You can't walk a marathon without training and slowly building up. Listen to your body😊
