About the winter jackets or clothes: go through it all and REALLY shave it down, if you are not ABSOLUTELY in love with a coat or some cold climate clothes AND imagine it will still fit by the time you might need it again DONATE IT!!! Save only the bare bones essentials you and your partner would need to get through a winter visit. I'll give you less to pack and you'll probably need that room for everything new the kids will need at that point <3

You did so good,i have chronic kidney disease, the main things you need to avoid is salt,fat,processed foods and suger and dont eat sugar free stuff and no caffeine, i barely eat and when i do i eat vegetarian, i flaver with herbs and spices and make my own sauces and gravy from scratch ,and no protein shakes or powder ❤❤

Tiny point - I am beyond confused as to why you almost totally wash up before putting the dishes in the dishwasher! Unless there’s something actually wrong with your dishwasher you absolutely don’t need to do more than scrape chunks and load correctly!
