Love hearing Your Dad's thoughts on it, the visibility out the back and lower entry are Great points... but if you get in tight spaces with it, the bigger size could be a trade off, but I bet that bigger capacity really makes everything a lot easier with your normal tasks

Nothing like a two speed skid steer. Also nothing like the warm hot smell of manure when you lift it in the barn. That's when a cab comes in handy. It looks similar to our Case one, even down to the radio.

@SoyMagnumOpus7 жыл бұрын
what was that you mentioned about 100 plus horsepower? "def"?
@petep88287 жыл бұрын
Bill Dauterive DEF = Diesel Exhaust Fluid, its designed to clean up a Diesel engines exhaust, make cleaner and safer for the environment. It’s for machines with diesel engines with an output of 75 Horsepower and above, it’s a mess it requires your machine to be wide open on the throttle and hot, it’s put into a tank it’s kind of like putting in diesel but instead it goes into a smaller tank and its blue.

@DLHFarms7 жыл бұрын
Rob N. Def is a fluid that is injected into the exhaust of a lot of newer diesel engines 100hp and up to reduce emissions. Def stands for Diesel exhaust fluids. It is mandated by the government for manufacturers to incorporate this fluid to meet emission regulations since about 2014. Some equipment instead use a DPF (Diesel Particulate filter) or SCR (Selective Catalyst Reduction) or all of the above.
@petejones97887 жыл бұрын

I wasn't sure if it was just havin to use a different drone since the one met its untimely end
@randomtvusa7 жыл бұрын
Yea he got the new Mavic but from what I have seen the Mavic has fairly nice video. But I guess it just wasn't meant to handle the cold. I think he should of gotten the hero 4 pro. I don't think the small size is really that helpful to him and the 5 has way nicer video.
@cmusic527 жыл бұрын
I almost wonder if it wouldn't be better to get a drone where you bring your own camera soo you can mount say a DSLR or Micro 4/3rds to it or something with a better sensor but I do think we just haven't gotten to the point with drones where smaller can be better yet, I think for higher quality imagery you still have to have a larger drone to handle the fancier equipment, weight, etc
@randomtvusa7 жыл бұрын
For the price of a drone that can do that is in my view to much for what he is doing. If he was making money off of drone footage then maybe. But even then they are a hassle to handle even when you have the room. Moving in and out of tractors, picks ups, and what ever else they might be using would just be a pain. The image quality you can get with the phantom 4 for the size is just incredible. Personal and I bet Ryan would say the same is that it would be cool to have the inspire 2 but they cost a lot. Kinda need two people to fly and operate the camera. It's just a lot more work.

You positioned manure spreader in most inefficient place possible. Angle between manure and it is 180 degrees, it should be around 30, so you don't need to turn so much. I know it would require more time to place it but would be way faster.
@mahart407 жыл бұрын
Its actually more efficient because they dont have to spend a shit ton of time trying to get it in the perfect position with such a tight space
@farmallskittle7 жыл бұрын
