Cleaning Your Aura Energy Field (ASMR)

Energy cleaning for ASMR. First using spray bottle of Mario Badescu green cleanser, then aloe vera cucumber face mask, continued with Himalayan salt and then blessing oil, along with selenite healing crystal wand while speaking light language, and Egyptian obelisk, then the rainbow fluorite and golden ankh, and finalizing off with some sharnite holding meditation with deep breaths. This all combined will clear your aura of impurities and protect you with some light love blessings.
I am wearing green bracelet and shirt for my own heart chakra activation and to protect myself from any potential bad energy coming out of you.

Have you learned any good tips for increasing good chi flow, & clearing the years... of junk? Some meridians seem to clear better than others& they're supposed to balance w each other or something, right?? 😒...
