Sometimes things can look pretty bad - whether in our own lives or in the world at large - and we may find ourselves feeling hopeless. But, as the saying goes, hope springs eternal. Let's tap into that wellspring with some EFT.
** My apologies for the sound issues - I didn't notice that while editing. Seems the software I used got confused during the quiet spots between phrases. Because so many folks are responding so favorably to this one, and a number of folks have told me they are sharing it, I am choosing not to take it down.**

So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.
If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe to my videos and share them with others. I hope you will also sign up for my free newsletter “Tap of the Week” - filled with good stuff for your body, mind and spirit each Monday. Please click here: www.tapwithbrad... I love these videos thank you. Would you consider saying “head”, “under eye” etc just before you tap each area. I’d love to be able to close my eyes while I tap and it could help blind and visually impaired viewers
@tapwithbrad
@tapwithbrad Ай бұрын
I've done that in the past - particularly when I was doing audio-only sessions. While it can be helpful for those not seeing me, it isn't really necessary - don't worry about tapping the same point I'm on - you won't get it wrong. Even if you stayed on the same point throughout (and sometimes you may feel drawn to doing so), the tapping will still be beneficial. Mentioning the point each time interrupts the flow, and can even be annoying for some. So I found that the benefits don't really outweigh the costs. Feel free to close your eyes and move on to each next point at the end of each phrase... or stay on one point. If you open your eyes and see that I"m on a different point, it's fine - really. :) And you can always tap on, "Even though I'm afraid I'll be on the wrong point..." ;) I hope that helps.

Is there any scientific proof that EFT tapping works (and I don't mean "thousands of grateful mails from people all over the world")? Wikipedia says No.
@tapwithbrad
@tapwithbrad 2 ай бұрын
In general, Wikipedia provides a great service... but it gets a lot wrong. There is a growing body of scientific evidence validating the effectiveness of EFT/Tapping. You can find links to much of the research here: www.tapwithbrad.com/research I hope you find that helpful.

@@tapwithbrad I don't doubt that EFT can have a positive (placebo) effect, especially for psychosomatic illnesses, fears, stress, etc., depending on how much you believe in this method. But what about "manifesting" money, jobs, partners, etc.? Is there any reliable scientific evidence that you can conjure up a new car by tapping certain points on your body?
@tapwithbrad
@tapwithbrad 2 ай бұрын
@@albrechtbln Not sure if you took a look at any of the research - some of the biggest proponents of tapping were skeptics at first, so the benefits are not merely dependent upon belief - unless you subscribe to Deepak Chopra's belief that it's all jus consciousness, in which case everything is placebo. As for the money, I don't know that anyone has done a study on it - at present it's the abundance of anecdotal evidence. But there are two possible ways that it works: 1) If you acknowledge that there is a Law of Attraction, then lowering stress can shift your energetic vibration, making it easier to allow good things to show up. 2) One's ability to get a new car tends to be dependent upon their choices. Our choices are determined by our beliefs. We are predisposed to resist changing things - especially our beliefs, and have a stress response when we attempt to do so - no matter how limiting those beliefs might be. Tapping reduces that stress, allowing us greater freedom to change our minds about things. This gives us greater freedom in terms of our choices and behavior. Those different choices are the key to getting that new car. It might be so long a process that you wouldn't call it "conjuring"... but we are either creating the circumstances where what we want can show up, or not. I hope that helps.
@albrechtbln
@albrechtbln Ай бұрын
@@tapwithbrad Thank you for the answer. It definitely does help, yes. At least it makes sense, even though there are no scientific researches (as far as manifesting money or other things are concerned). I do not understand all the studies since English is not my mother tongue. But you don't risk anything, giving EFT tapping a try. You don't have to spend money on it, it only takes a couple of minutes per day, you don't have to spend hours and hours in meditation pose, so why not go for it? Thank you and I am curious about the outcome. 😎
