“Clear the mechanism” gave me a formula to shut down the 2 years of racism I faced in high school. I used it every day. Each day was a battle. This was the only way I could carry on or I would have given up midway ! Thank you Al for everything, my game has improved exponentially, my friends fear me. But it’s all about technique (giggles) Love from Nepal 🇳🇵 Hope to see you here someday Al

Wow! That's so awesome. 😁 Not that you had to go through what you did, but the fact you found a way to survive and be who you were created to be. The world needs you and each one of us. Your triumph will give hope to those that need it. Thank you for sharing. ♥️

I did some mental training, and one of the concepts studied was dealing with the “good wolf vs bad wolf”. Which one do you feed?- you suffer the consequences from that. Your environment is something that can be both a deterrent as well as a hindrance. Learning which elements to tune out are usually up to their relevance in what expectations they change for the moment you’re in. If the stimulus drives you into the “deep now”, that’s one thing, but if it only gets you asking about the past or future, those expectations become crippling when it’s not helping focus on the intimacy of the moment. Love this. Good one.

My own mind really has a devil in it that I have to squash down. As my percentages go up slightly its amazing how much easier it is to not have negative thoughts. I still miss plenty but I can, for me, move onto the next shot.
