For really small things I like to use a clear nail polish because it's super cheap and doesn't need a lamp for curing. I mostly use it for small things since it dries quickly and can look clumpy if you go too slowly on larger prints.

So this is what I do and my prints come out very clear. I don’t wash it once it’s done. I simply stand it up, let the excess resin drip to the bottom. After some time, wipe off the bottom, cure it. It stays clear but it’s tacky so to finish it off I stand it in a jar of distilled water and cure it one more time. This keeps it clear and removes the tackiness. I’m only curing it for 30 seconds both times but I also have my curing station lid wrapped with aluminum foil which cures it very well in less time.

I just did my first two clear prints and did not wash them. My process was to print during the day and left them to "drip dry" over night after the print had finished. Then used then used a single drop from a Vallejo paint bottle to deliver the clear resin and the results were perfect. Think of the painting on the resin as more a wipe. Too much will remove detail and take too long to cure.

Wait you brush on more resin? And that resin is cured you’re showing on video? In two days that resin you brushed in doesn’t just revert back ? I’ve never heard of this - for me it just reverts back and I’d assume the thin coat just isn’t fully cured yet. Can you confirm you threw it in your Uv curing machine? Sanding with high detail grit works for me exposing the clear layers as this method you show logically in my head would just cover up that cloudy layer - t of haven’t gotten rid of it. But I’m open to learning more here as it seems to work for you
