Thank you. My Officejet said "no paper loaded"- I followed all of your instructions at the end about cleaning the rollers- and it worked! Now the printer is good to go again! Until the next time!

Do we have to change new cartridge everytime or refill can work

None of this fixes my problem and I've tried them all. I can print but every time I try duplex printing, after a about two pages I get the message about the carriages being jammed and I have to cancel the printing because it keeps messing up and the pages that caused the message are very misaligned, and yes I aligned the cartridges, so I don't know what the problem is. But printing pages it works okay.

The issue is there’s no paper jam. I can’t even get to settings. It’s forcing me back to main screen to show me “clear paper jam”.

+Mia W. Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The steps in following document apply to both real and false paper jams: bit.ly/2FjWLyw

+mimjin the great I understand you're experiencing a carriage jam. The print carriage cannot move. Open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK. ​@@HPSupport - I performed ALL steps, there is no paper inside, voltage is good, etc. Its a FALSE ERROR , I went even one step further - I Took a large hammer and in 2 minutes your faulty product went to printer hell. Bye hp (
