hire a big chipper and chip all the brush into a big pile. In a few years will be great compost to put on the garden. love the determination

I went to the doctor this week with an extreme case of the shakes. He said, "You're suffering severe withdrawal symptoms, what have you cut out of you diet recently?" I told him I missed my weekly dose of Simple Living with Biata. "Ah yes," he replied, "that would do it, you're obviously addicted. Go back and watch some old episodes, that should ease the pain." So I did and it helped some but now you're back and I'm cured. It's a miracle! Thank you so much girl dear. Please stay safe.

There should be a protective bar over the glass on the top and sides of the machine for sure. Do they not have insurance for machine damage when you rent them? So glad you were not hurt. Good for you getting back at it and pulling that large stump out 👏

great job and glad only the glass broke and no injuries. Here in Quebec, they always charge something like 10% extra for insurance on any rental equipment. I'm now wondering if such an insurance would cover that broken glass....hummmm

You are an awesome hard working young woman and I have been in awe of you since day one. No matter what you figure it out and keep on going. The teeth on the bucket are just flat worn out and that is on the rental company not you and do not let them talk you into paying for that. The broken window happens more that you would think. If nothing bad happens in your life you are not doing anything. Breakage is part of life and do not let it get you down. Doing a great job.

It's only the kick window so don't worry about it, only advice I can give you is you need a smaller bucket on it

You didnt get hurt which is the important thing.🤗 There should be iron bars in front of the window, not just to protect the window but the operator. The teeth falling of the bucket and the already broken window is a sign of neglect from the rental company. That should not happen.

Agreed with there needing to be a bar on top of the glass. I think because the top glass was missing that there may have been a bar missing too.

The glass got busted, but you didn't get busted and your eyes didn't get glass in them apparently. Stumps can be a real pain to deal with, roots can get tension as you found out. The teeth always falling off is a rental issue, not a you issue. That shouldn't be happening. Lookin' pretty good.

Okay how to get that stump out of there going to get under as far as you can and hit the thumb lock and lock it into place curl up towards the boom as tight as you can or curled up towards the blade and hold it there and go backwards with it another thing word to the wise is when you rent something make sure you get renters insurance on the piece of equipment that you're renting so the insurance will cover that that windshield's probably won't from 800 to 1600 or more

Hello … I been enjoying watching your series. You mentioned a number of times of an outdoor furnace costing above $10k. Have you researched into RMH, rocket mass heater. Super efficient and can be DIY? There are variations that can even be used as water heater.

The only thing is with our foundation type we are doing in floor heating so the slab doesn’t heave from frost. So it would have to be compatible to that!

You were operating that excavator like you have been working on it for years. Some experienced workers don’t operate it as well as you do. I think women have that touch and make great operators. As for the shattered windshield, did you take out insurance with the rental? That should cover that expense. If the teeth are breaking off that easily, that’s their fault. Evidently they don’t know how to weld properly. Keep up the great work cutie.
