My respect to Shaykh has increased when he started distancing himself from the Najdi movement. It has taken him courage to speak up. Many people would not have done it. May Allah bless him

Jealousy is one of the main propeller of these criticisms… I listened to almost all the lectures of the sheikh and I have nothing but clear understanding of the message he tried to convey.. I agree with the interviewer one of the qualities of Yasir is effective communication. I’m from far away and never meet the sheikh in person so this I can attest. Respect from Philippines 🇵🇭..

I’ve few, very few disagreements with the shaikh BUT he’s my guy. I love him. May Allah give him rewards for all of his hard work. Allah have send me guidance via the lectures of this dear shaikh YQ.

I love listening to YQ. I am attracted to his academic, thorough and comprehensive approach to subjects, which proves to me that he knows what he is talking about. I have learned much from listening to his lectures and QnA over the years. My understanding of seerah, Islamic history, aqeedah and fiqh has matured greatly as a direct result. There are many people of knowledge whom I respect, but my heart is most at ease with Shaykh Yasir Qadi. Btw, I'm still waiting on the continuation of the Prophets series.

One of your public critics DH does some really good work in debating non-muslims. I don’t understand how he can be ready to give it all away with the other hand. But DH reminds me of you when you were young and heavily critisized Shaykh Hamza Yusuf. Then you understood and apologized. Now another young man DH is doing the same to you. SubhanaAllah. Allah is testing him like He tested you. DH makes the same mistake and I hope he will apologize for this and be forgiven by you one day.

With utmost respect. Those who are attacking Shaykh Yasir are mainly from the najd or Wahabi movement. This narrow minded group have hijacked our faith. They created mischief. May Allah guide them. We need more scholars to talk about the danger of this movement. More people need to speak about this minority. They have done a lot of damage. We need to tell them stop your extremism and allow the difference in opinion.

Sheikh Dr Yasir Qadi brotherly and Islamic greetings form a Somali Muslim brother. I watch and follow you from distant and a different context and whenever I watch a video from you it directly touches my heart and I feel a boost of my Iimaan and knowledge to Allah, his prophet & his religion (Islam). I found him a very broad-minded, reasonable, wide-reading and modern truth seeker being under the shadow of Islam.
