People who beep at learners irk me so much. We all were learning once! It was obvious he had stalled so give him a second. Beeping and pressure from impatient drivers is why mistakes happen and people get flustered. If someone has obvious L or even P plates on, I give them extra time and patience. The less than minute of stalling hardly affected those behind and they should have just waited patiently and not put pressure on him by beeping.
@AsianHijabi0216 Жыл бұрын
I do hate it too. I even have a "new driver" sticker but I still get beeping from impatient drivers.
@actuallytasha1527 Жыл бұрын
@@AsianHijabi0216 It's so frustrating, it even causes me to fluster and I've had a licence ten years. Unless someone has done something obviously dangerous and you're using the horn to alert people you're there, there is absolutely no need for the aggressive use most drivers implement with them. Its horrible too because I find it tends to stick with you and you wonder what you did wrong or why you were getting beeped and worrying about the other driver rather than continuing to focus on yourself, especially when learning. Its just horrible and improper use of the horn to top it off anyway.

I wish people wouldn’t beep at learners, I understand it can be frustrating waiting behind a learner, especially if they stall but there’s no need to make a probably already panicked learner panic even more. Obviously they were learners once, it’s amazing how peoples patience can disappear when they’re not the ones in the learner seat

I don't think slowing down was really needed but he should have moved his foot of the accelerator towards the brake in case one of the pedestrians would stop or fall. That's what makes it definitely dangerous.

If you were asked to REVERSE park, but you hated reversing, in principle you could do what Hamid did, but at 11:38 just continue forwards into the bay in front.
