Thanks! I found this on it: Zero-alcohol beer contains similar ingredients to regular beer, such as water, hops, yeast, and grains. These elements are generally not harmful to the liver in moderate amounts.

Forget the alcohol Cleggy. Take a good flask of tea/coffee when detecting & plenty at home. Water is best overall & flush out the impurities.

I tried the non alcohol thingy cleggy it’s like taking a shower with ya raincoat on bloody pointless so I just stopped about a year ago I got type 2 diabetes and a fatty liver my diabetes is close to reversing and my liver is clean as a whistle now and to be honest I don’t miss it that much I do feel much healthier you take care buddy 👍

cant drink everyday...and even if you only drink 2 nights a week a break of a few weeks wont hurt.the liver can repair itself if it's not battered everyday with booze. l do have diabetes so I only drink liquor and l recently took a 4 month break. didnt miss the hangovers but l sure missed the drinks while listening to some great music. us old men gonna die of something someday anyway.
