In my experience, over communication can also be dangerous if it's in the form of too many spoken words or sentences in writing. After awhile the audience starts to zone out

These tips are so great. Even if you're a Native English speaker, these are amazing. Now, imagine you need to communicate with non-technical and you're not a native speaker. Sometimes it's difficult x2. Keep it up.

(before watching the video) here's my guess for the AlgoExpert plug: you will share a technique for communicating better, and give an example of how you use that technique for communicating on AlgoExpert. Then, you will say "by the way, if you're preparing for your coding interviews or systems design interviews, check out my company AlgoExpert" edit: yes, I guessed correctly!

Hi Clement, great video! I really want to work for a FANG company, and I am confident and find no issues when talking to one or a few people. However when it comes to reading speeches, I get very nervous (bad experience in the past). How critical is needing to be able to do speeches in a company such as google?

If you are communicating to a new hire chances are they need to hear about the areas of the code base they are not familiar with lest they remain new hires indefinitely?

Over-communicating is a double edge sword I suppose. I think you have to gauge your audience's receptivity as well to ensure that you are not bombarding them with information they can't process.

Hello Clém, I would like to first thank you for you always inspire me in working at Google despite I coming from a remote place in Africa,,, thank you so much I have two questions kindly, 1. How do bugs occur?... because in your recent video "A day in the life of a 25 yr old CEO" , you stated that a customer from AlgoExpert had a specific complain and you fixed the bug 2. If I worked at Google offices, lets say for instance in Australia and have a specific project, will it be implemented in Australia or must I work at Google's headquarters in Mountain View for it to be implemented? Thank you in advance

Hi Clem! Can you make a video about when it's the right time to go algoexpert? I feel comfortable with JS manipulating the dom and in creating small projects. I want to buy AlgoExpert, but I'd like to know what are the best prerequisites to start learning about algorithms and data structures.
@yatinarora12524 жыл бұрын
Basic conditions you need to comfortable with syntax of the language and we should known with basic terminologies in it.YA if you the basics then you can go for learning data structures and algorithms .Actually I am coding them in c++ .I am not familiar with JS as the language for learning the data structures. You can still do but I think you should go to geeksforGeeks site to see how they are written.What are their operations and so and so.
@AccessCode1014 жыл бұрын
@@yatinarora1252 I think that my problem is when they present the questions, or the problems. When I read the code in JS, solving a particular problem, I understand it. What I don't know how to do is to translate the problem into a solution. For examples, one may ask you (and I'm getting this from the top of my head): "Given a series of cars in a one-line road where every 20 seconds the road is added another lane and removed every 20 seconds; calculate the speed of the cars so the last one of them be in the front taking the less time to do it." You know, cra* like this is what I don't know how to get into code.
@yatinarora12524 жыл бұрын
@@AccessCode101 okok I understood what are you trying to say.. U know everyone finds it difficult to code the logic.. Even some people are also there that they can't even think of logic.. Some cram the code while others copy paste the code and some are also there they they understand the problem.. Cannot develop logic.. But they understood the solution fully and then they can code it.. I would suggest first u given the question understand it's fully and then you jump it's solution.. Donot feel any kind of guilt in that and after that understand Thad and code it.. After you have infested it's fully go and go to another problems of that same type and try to solve your own.. U got that what I am trying to say.. Follow one question and then go to another set of questions thar match that problem..i can surely tell you this It may take a month or maybe six months.. But the result you will achieve it's truly remarkable.. I hope it helps you 😃
