Chandler is one of those rare breeds that physically has everything. He’s a hard fight for any lightweight ever and if he was more focused on winning instead of entertaining he’d honestly be pretty unstoppable
@poatan6304 Жыл бұрын
Chin n defence are pretty average tbh, rest he's extremely well rounded for sure
@Binmusu Жыл бұрын
@@poatan6304his chin is very weak and his gas tank too but other than that he is very good

Too bad his iq is 85.
@aaronottermann58247 ай бұрын
@@BinmusuHis chin is inconsistent, he got dropped a few times and chinned by Charles but he also ate alot of shots by Gaethje and Poirier without getting rocked that hard. Judging by his physique I'd guess he has extra tough weightcuts sometimes, maybe that contributes to how weak his chin is sometimes. Either way that problem could be mitigated if he used his wrestling more, he is pretty dominant there and wouldn't eat as many punches.

Wasn’t sure on him when he first arrived at the ufc (lack of knowledge) but Jesus he’s one of my favourites now probably ever, so exciting and explosive with a heart and chin like nothing Iv seen before! I feel it’s such s shame he was at Bellator for so long. Him vs mcgregor would be a great fight and give him the pay day he deserves

It's another great piece of work. Next time drop it a week or two BEFORE the fighter gets in the octagon. That should help your numbers. If Chandler had won or if you were dropping a video about Dustin it would be on the way up right now. Still, I'm not complaining. Just making suggestions. You work speaks volumes for itself regardless.

@jamesdjl43599 ай бұрын
I come back and watch this video all the time. His story is just so motivational. Especially how he handles loss and uses it to grow as a person. He's a great example of a successful man. Loving father and husband, financially successful, and an absolutely savage fighter. All these people crying about him losing in the UFC. Well, no shyt! He didn't get into the UFC until his mid 30's, at best the tail end of his prime. To get to the top end of any sport is an incredible achievement in and of itself. That means you've beat out tens of thousands of other competitors reaching for the same goal. For every 1 person we see make it, thousands and thousands of dreams will die in the gym or some local circuit. Chandler had many awesome wars in Bellator and was a big star over there (basically the face of that organization for years). People often overlook this part of his career. He came into the UFC completely throwing caution to the wind, looking to make as much money as possible while putting on as many exciting fights as possible. You can tell from his style winning and losing are an afterthought. Also, he's not just fighting random top 15 level guys either. He has fought for the UFC gold and against multiple ex champions/interim champs. We should appreciate what he brings into the octagon because it likely won't last for much longer. Thanks for putting together such an excellent video!

He's explosive, but he needs to be more of a controlled explosion in the UFC. Some guys have that but never get it together or never fully utilize their strengths..they just brawl and that's what keeps costing him. The great thing about Chandler is he reminds us of the old days of the UFC. He's not long and tall and calculated (which many times has us bored to death now), he's a smaller powerful dude who swings away with heavy hands or body slams you. Highly entertaining but those dudes don't last long or maybe never get the belt.

Chandler is right there as champion material he has all the abilities to be champ but he can hold out for a full 3-5 rounds its either he finishes you or he doesnt win its crazy considering how good of a striker/wrestler he is, how fast he is, how phenomenal his reaction time and fight IQ is. He is just not a decision fighter granted he can make it to the decision he just usually doesnt win em.

Chandler is one of the most dangerous fighters in the UFC. I've always been a McGregor fan that is until he pulled that bitch move on Chandler pulling out the fight. I think he was forced to sober up to begin training, and that is when he realized the mistake he had made on who he was to face in the octagon.
