Great product that I enjoy. The Foot Plate is the best out there, their bands rock. His leg videos have my legs burning and that is telling this 62 year old that the legs are working again. Your videos are perfect, they are NEVER too long, but just long enough to GET IT. TY Clench

This workout attracted me a lot . I downloaded . Today I learned and tried to do with perfect form . I could do the first one with little difficulty . The second one was very difficult and I failed completely to sit up . Thanks for this video . How can I do the second one .

I would probably use both one and two options, since the band is in the same position for both exercises. The two exercises have different actions on the abdominals

I am in recovery from a bad L5-S1 herniated disc for 10 month and been really bad the first 9 months crippling pain not being able to move stretch or exercise etc anything you can recommend me doing that will not add more injury. I need to get up and do somthing as the timber is piling up and im the biggest i have ever been. The stretches my physio gave me irritate the area and make me feel 10x worse the day after.

Pro tip, put your heels on the other side of the dumbbells and contract the hamstrings to take the hip flexors out.

Both of I can. I got 10-50 lb what band should I start with for someone who can do at least 5 set of 20 reg sit ups. More is better until I get used to it right ?

If you can already do 5 sets of 20 sit ups then I would recommend doing the resisted sit up option. I'd start with your lightest band and then increase as able.

Sit ups won't reduce belly fat, but they will strengthen the muscles in your abdomen! Proper nutrition, building muscle mass, and keeping your body active are the best ways to reduce fat!
