Hey Amy and Eric. Happy Sunday. Great intro. Gatah 🐊 Watah. My phobia. No water for me. Not even conservation land. Gated communities are good. Know not 100% but the efforts are appreciated. So villas are like duplexes separated by one wall and could be 1 or 2 stories or just 1 story? I’ll never know if the builder was fair when I built my home in the Poconos in 2000 but definitely in these days it would be beneficial to have you represent. Omg. How awesome to see Tony whose team built your house 🏠. Steering is good to know but does everyone truly adhere to it. They all don’t in NY especially in renting a home. Blatant discrimination 😢. Wow. Hi Cydney! Yes, Villas can be two stories... the ones in Waterbrooke are an amazing plan! Avoiding steering is REALLY important. Sometimes Realtors don't comply because they don't know any better, sometimes they don't know the specifics and I'm sure in rare cases they might just ignore it. (Bad idea). We take it really seriously!

I definitely could not live next to power lines, the power lines on Hancock road are bothersome in north Clermont

Although lot 372 is not on the website, it is available for purchase. I almost purchased it. :-) It has the guest-suite option. We decided against it because it's too big for us. I also don't like the living room space based on how two resell homes furnished that area of the home.
