Cleveland Golf Launcher XL Drivers

I bought the Launcher XL LITE Draw last month and I've played 5 rounds in my league. The driver is great for me and I've noticed that even on the swings where I hit it off the heel, I still get a great ball flight and hardly lose distance. I have yet to catch one off the toe. When I catch it in the center it goes far and I mean far. I love the forgiveness and recommend this driver for older players like myself that don't always hit the center of the face with their driver.

I just played my first game with the Cleveland XL Launcher driver. I am impressed! Set at 10.5 I got a good trajectory and hit most fairways. At swing speed around 90 mph on a good day, I was consistently hitting above 200 m ( 220 yards) . My best was 223m . Previously I was gaming the HB Launcher Turbo 12 degree and I think it has been relegated to my travel 1/2 set from now on. IMO the upgrade is worth it.

Hi am lookingbto get the XL launcher adjustable. I dont know if i should buy regularly or stiff. Average 95 swing speed and 139 ball speed. But i have been slicing as of late with my 9 year old taylormade r15. So looking for a bit distance and forgiveness. Stiff flex or regular flex?

I wish it was that simple...but these days stiff vs regular does not mean what it used to. I would go to a local shop and work with them to determine which delivers better performance for you. Whether you launch high or low, come from inside/outside, etc will all factor into which shaft is the best fit for your swing. That level of service won't cost extra, but it will give you some actual data you can use to maximize your driver performance. Thanks for watching!

Prob best to get fitted to try each different model. I'm at the age, almost 59, where the Lite model looks best. However all the tests I've seen the regular XL won. However, the testers all hit the ball much better than this hacker.
