@@derek4177 Ok well then I apologize for my last reply but saying "difficult to understand eh?" When your sentence literally doesn't make sense makes you seem arrogant especially when you know English isn't your native language. Btw your second attempt at that sentence still doesn't even make sense, verbs don't fix everything... and why are you throwing names around? Don't see me calling you a "degenerate incel" at an attempt to sound smart, must live a happy life eh? Das erfordert wirklich viele Gehirnzellen >>"That requires really a lot of brain cells", I speak better in two different languages than you... that already proves I more than likely have more brain cells and better cognitive function than you. *Edit:* unless you guys know how to read deleted comments can you stop commenting on this whole language and IQ thing? Derek was being a dick because I couldn't understand what his comment said and instead of him replying and explaining what he meant nicely he got embarrassed and gave me shit for not being able to read an unreadable English comment. He also said because of this I have less brain cells then him and that I probably don't speak another language (he's German), that's when I wrote the first half of this comment as a comeback and even quoted what he said in German to shut him up, I'm not saying I'm smarter then everyone because I speak German... how can so much people be so ignorant? He deleted sooo many comments after he said he will fill my mums mouth with his imaginary Inch and I replied telling him how she's in the hospital dying, he also finally realised how his arguments at the start made no sense and that deleting all his comments would hopefully hide his embarrassment, now please leave me the fuck alone, have great day.

From what I’ve read down in the comments. The victim was an 11 year old girl who was raped, it seems that she had mistaken this innocent man for the rapist. There were also several eyewitnesses who claimed that too. Lastly, the old semen dna test from the police decided that this man was the rapist, so I’m guessing it was ultimately the polices’ fault and their unreliable dna test.

If it would be that easy okay, but the girl who accused him was 11 yrs old and it was probably just a mistake of the kid and not on purpose, so 29 yrs would be hardcore. And the judge is just doing his job, and if the judge has no evidence to prove he is not guilty which obviously was the case he/she has to send him to prison, so not really the fault of the judge. Just a big mistake, unforgiveable for sure. But "revenge" won't do anything.

Sure, but it will buy him the lifestyle he's missed. Such as a house, a car, a secure fund for his retirement and perhaps a fund for being jobless due to a mischiefed criminal record. So ya. It wont give him a wife and kids, but will secure for him the necessities of life.

Why? She was raped, it was mistaken identity which happens and why the court is supposed to have other evidence and not convict solely on a traumatised victims word..esp in a case like this when the victim was 12 and the boy witness 11. He was prosecuted based on the police saying it was him based on the children's descriptions.
