The sunlighten guy that I talked to was so annoying. I've had sauna and red light panels for years and knew much more than he did yet he kept trying to give me false information. He also disparaged Matt. That was the last straw for me and I told him to keep his sauna. Probably not his fault, that's what his boss put together in the sales script, but totally self defeating.

Any recommendations on what red light therapy companies to buy from ? The ones you use on your website don’t ship to Canada and there is so many options on the market it’s hard to know what’s good.

Matt just wondering after your experiment is it worth just getting red light panels rather than a sauna especially if you’re tight on space

I have a Radiant Healh sauna that has different colored lights on the “ceiling”. Do these lights actually provide any benefit?
