Hypothyroidism is a super common issue in people, myself included. It's very manageable and very cheap to treat (pill to take every single day until you die.) In a couple weeks he'll be back to normal as far as his energy levels go. I know with me it was nothing but straight exhaustion, weight gain, muscle aches and pains, and digestive issues. I imagine it's something similar with him, give or take a symptom or two. :)

@@abhisingh126 I don’t know that saying the 🐐 ADC is an exception, disproves the point. He would probably wreck with on hit Malph bot. The dashes provide nice safety in this dive/skirmish meta though. Lost seems like a nice guy and is improving, but he is the weakest point on their roster.

@@Iznikroc yeah but that's in solo q, not professional play. and chinese adc's are mechanically insane, lost isn't , so i dont really know what his strenght is. also, kai'sa is a trash champ right now and they will eventually be punished for still picking it and picking it early. kai'sa needs to be ahead to be relevant but she doesnt really have the damage to get ahead in most matchups. due to how her kit is the only times where she is pick-ban worthy is when her numbers are grossly overtuned.

totally agree with Dom's stance on the standings I personally think that and 8 team playoff is only good if theres way more teams in the league itself it doesnt make sense that 3 or 4 teams in playoffs would be below .500

my ex and my mom have thyroid issues. it definitely sucks, because it’s difficult to get a proper diagnosis, and a lot of doctors still aren’t knowledgeable on the condition. i wish ls the best of luck with his journey on cracking down on the condition.

CLG will drop damonte as soon as summer is over. hes a bandaid fix that they hope will net them enough wins to make playoffs and avoid getting dropped from the league. I expect a full rebuild around 1-2 of their current players come 2022

About the Flyquest promotion: I REALLY like the move if you're an org that needs to rebuild. In Dota, Virtus Pro has done this, TWICE amazingly. Both times they promoted their VPP tier 2 team to the main roster when they began outperforming the main counterparts. And both times, it made the org relevant again. Virtus Pro is a solid roster competing with international opponents and playing their style. Now, I agree 3-0 is an overperformance but the idea of flipping a top tier academy to a mid table LCS team makes sense, and it might let the org edge their way into securing playoffs.

Honestly I really want FLY to make a miracle run of some sort. I'd say they need to win 7 out of their final 9 games to be top 6 and in the upper bracket for playoffs (assuming DIG only wins one more game and to get 6th you only need 19 to 20 wins)

I feel like TSMs only hope is to play like TL from 2 years ago. Basically play super passive until we group up for teamfights around 20- 25 min and then out team fight you for the win.

They can do that but the thing is, like LS said, come worlds they will either going to be stomped in laning phase (so they have to play super good defensively) or they are going to be outplayed mechanically in team fights.

There probably won't be anybody else because that remembers this but I'd say probably 6-8 months ago when I had time to watch ls's stream, ls was coughing really badly on stream, someone in chat said that sounded like thyroid cough, he blew up on them saying it was cold and that it was asthma and that he was a dumbass. I only remember this because my dad also has thyroid problems and that was probably the last time I saw an ls stream. Well guess that guy wasn't a dumbass.

Flyquest has advanced the conversation by going 3-0 after swapping in their academy team. In fact, it's inspired a new idea: instead of having academy teams begrudgingly hosted by our regular teams, we could bring back relegation by creating an academy league which plays for the chance to "invade" the primary league and overtake one of the bottom teams. The academy, on the other hand, is playing for a set of top spots which -during the offseason- are safe from dropping out of contention. Teams who aren't safe should be accepting challenges from teams belonging to their locality in order to take their spot on the academy roster (non-casted best-of-3's). That said, if other teams take notice and start developing good academy rosters that can potentially replace their primary teams like Flyquest just did, we can argue that everything I just pitched just wouldn't even be necessary.

I want spring to matter but when you make summer longer than spring and have more games what was the point summer still matters more. Also by making it so now 8 teams get into playoffs you have basically made it so now spring and summer doesn't matter. Are you in the lcs? Grats you made playoffs. Imagine somehow Flyquest wins #1 seed and they had an overall losing record. How can we have hope for our region if even the people who run it can't handle something as simple as a functional and fair format or letting a player wear a hat for medical reasons. If we are going to insist on doing this format do it right. Have spring and summer have the same amount of games and add at least 2 more teams. Also winning bracket team gets a free win in grand final series that is 7 games long so they play 6 games max.

LCS should have only the top 5 teams go to playoffs. With the 4th and 5th on the loser bracket. And second and third play each other on winner semis. The first place automatically goes to winners final and gets a spot at worlds automatically. That way at least the winning the league is worth it

Thought about a very different approach to lcs schedule. 2 weeks of all teams playing against each other. After those two weeks top 4 teams play two bo3 round robins. Then a 1v4/2v3 playoffs

I think the worst part of TSM legends is the body language of the team. They all come in slouching, dog tired, and look like they are melted to the couch. Reasonable sleep schedules and proper attentiveness would be helpful here.

The way LS talks about the situation in C9, especially regarding the level of control Max/Veigar have in the team and praising fudge's play, which on the other hand some have criticized for having other ramifications on the map, and his general attitude towards Perkz's play reminds me a little of the dynamic in 2020 FNC. Coupled with his hesitancy to talk more about specifics of team dynamics and comments like "people clearly don't agree how to play the game" makes me wonder what is really happening with the C9 players

Well it makes sense for the CLG players to do their best despite the news as this may very well be their last opportunity to play in the LCS especially for Broxah, Smoothie and Turtle. If they go out there and play like animals I'm sure if their careers weren't over now then it would definitely be over at that point. Instead if they go out there and attempt to play their best league of legends that could go someway to impress a future employer and salvage what's left of their career's.

That can happen but what employer would really do that? Would you really hire a player that was theoretically fired in public for the public to see? Imagine explaining that move to your investors. "this guy was fired for poor performance but he did pretty well on his last week". I doubt. Unless the team is just going for pure content.

Ok i have the spicy hot take on the CLG situation. CLG didn't do anything wrong in the eyes of what the community wanted. We cry about transparency all the time. We side with Alphari when he cries nobody even talked to him and his benching came out of the blue. CLG gives full transparency and gives a 1 week heads up and the community goes crazy. This is what we wanted right? Oh and the sponsorship? Yea lets just lol about TL jersey mike making fun of the situation but you know what is even funnier? A tone deaf ad about how you just lost your job. So you better grab yourself a beer and join alcoholism. Seriously though this all sucks but there is a bit of hypocrisy from the community that needs to be acknowledged. I won't praise CLG but i am not going to go for their throat either after the circus we have seen from all the teams this split and community reaction.
