CG my man, as a person that is/was thinning on top i suggest investing in some good shampoo/conditions for thinning hair. I personally use Nioxin. Use some foam minoxidil. Also, don't wash your hair but once a week and every other day with conditioner. Style with sea salt spray and argon oil.

He's already dropped down below a million yet again. People don't like that clickbait crap and he does it almost every video. One of the things people like about him is his transparency and openness but then he basically says excuse me while I mislead you with these titles. He would probably get less views if he titled them accordingly than what he does now Guzman could easily gain followers if he switches to just doing the same thing other fitness influencers do in, “Back workout” “leg workout” “how to grow calves” “why you’re not gaining muscle” etc But that would mean changing his whole identity and what got him this far. His content is entertainment mixed with business issues of his companies, day in the life, and some workout content

I believe Christians Mental maturity is the best it's been so far. He's on a clear focus and path, being confident in his beliefs and his purpose. No longer caring what others think or say. It's amused me each time I've glanced at the comments each video as so many question what he decides to wear, when that's his style and choice. He wears what he likes an most of all at the moment what he's comfortable in being so lean. Hes at such a mental strongpoint he's pulling back on clickbait for views (il believe it when I see it), but regardless of what I think he's blossoming and maturing every damn day an its incredible to see from when I started watching around about 10 years ago. The battle of negativity, what I've had to remember each time I've prepped and wanted to complain I've just always reminded myself of these simple words "This is my choice". Negative thoughts are only human, but what empowers us is how decide to manage those thoughts and turn them into something positive.
