Thank you first of all for your valuable explanations so clearly. Following your video I finally approached the GANTT in Clickup. I notice a strange thing that I do not understand how to remedy: in the “day” view the hours of the day start with 12a, 1a, 2a, .... 11a, 12p, 1p, 2p, ....10p, 11p, 12a practically 24 hours (morning and afternoon). Obviously, it would be necessary instead to have only the 8 working hours displayed (or at least not the night hours!) but not having found a way to change the setting I am kindly asking for your help. Thank you, Diego.

I don't believe there is a way to adjust the gantt view to only show working hours.

How do you compare your planned vs actual timeline?
@ZenPilot5 ай бұрын
There isn't a way to overlay a planned timeline vs actual timeline. You could create a separate date custom field to track original task due dates, but it still wouldn't give you an easy to view overlay.

This was super helpful! Is it possible to automate the sub-task due date process? Let's say you know that with every new blog post, you'll go through the same process/timeline. Can you assign a deadline and have the sub-task due dates & dependencies automatically populate based on blog post's deadline?

If you create a blog post template then yes you can do this. With templates, you can build in a date map for your blog post tasks. Then, when you deploy the template, you can choose the deadline date and all subtasks will be mapped to that final deadline date.
